  1. I had my interview on April 30th. It lasted for 10 minutes and approved on the spot. Oath ceremony scheduled the very next day for today. I applied for N400 on Jan 15th Biometrics resue- Feb 27th Interview- April 30th Oath ceremony- May 17th total 4 months! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  4. Yayy I am a US Citizen now! Just came back from my oath ceremony Finally this immigration journey has finally concluded for me.. I would like to thanks this group who actually helped me in answering most of my questions.   7. mine changed in 2 days. you should get oath schedule by today or tomorrow
  8. IO did look at my passport as well but it is valid. I am not sure if they consider expired passports as well but make sure to bring that with you. The officer did ask my my ex wife immigration status but no proof were requested
  9. You should be fine. You are getting citizenship based on vawa. Dont worry if you dont have your spouse immigration proof
  10. You dont have any proof of your spouse immigration status like passport?
  11. Bring your passport, birth certificate, ID card, green card, divorce decree, current marriage certificate and tax returns. they won't ask anything about vawa. Good Luck
  12. You should send medicals when requested. i do remember we used to chat about our vawa. I filed on Dec 2017. Vawa approved in 2019 and GC in 2021
  13. Guys interview is next week I am bringing gc, passport, divorce decree and tax documents. Any other documents i need to bring? i am currently married should I bring current marriage certificate? Also, any past documents related to VAWA?
  14. She only asked a simple question. On your initial post, you just mentioned you applied vawa because your ex withdraw i485 which is insufficient information and no abuse mentioned.

  19. Hi DFW filers. I need to ask a quick question. Does DFW offer same day oath ceremony? My interview is at 9.30am. Do you think if they can offer me same day oath? Anyone experienced same day oath ceremony in Dallas?
