I got my conditional GC in less than 3 months of filing AOS and without interview and I am super excited! Now the hitch is I filed EAD concurrently but my status shows: Denied and case terminated. My husband keeps assuring me, I don’t need the EAD anymore, now that I have the GC. I want to ask the experts here if that is the case so I can be rest assured. Thanks for your help.
