    The embassy has always accepted the Attestation of Birth along side the Sworn affidavit. have not heard where they'll ask you to get another one

    Just make sure you have you Nigerian Driver License Valid with that you will just to study and pass the driving test...Make sure to check your state DMV for documents they need for you to present
