Unfortunately that's one of the most uncertain waiting times: can go from a few weeks to well over a year.

I agree the majority of LPR's do not carry the GC with them on a daily basis, even though not complying is a misdemeanor. Truth is that except when returning to the US or entering certain government facilities it is not necessary. A real ID/ drivers license is more than enough.

If they marry, apply for an IR-1/CR-1 and activate the GC on or past the 2 year anniversary they would receive a 10 year GC and would not go through removal of conditions. You DO NOT need to be married for two years when filing to receive a 10 year GC.

Everything we have filed so far did not have the online option, and we wish it did. So, if we had to file something else and it could be done online, we would go for that.

We? Thought you were asking for a friend. It seems you are not understanding or you don't want to: you are openly stating you're planning on committing immigration fraud and asking how to do it.

If an I-130 is filed while she's out of the country she is not eligible to adjust status. Full stop.

So she is currently visiting the US, leaving a little before her I-94 expires and wants to return to the US to adjust status? That is immigration fraud. And BTW, if she leaves and returns soon after a six month long stay, it is almost 100% chance she won't be admitted.

As @carmel34 says, call customer service to get an ADIT stamp. You can also ask - or they might offer- an I-94 that will serve as an I-551 for a year.

If the visa is an IR-1/CR-1 you can also travel right after "activating" your visa, as after entering the US it automatically becomes your GC.

Found the following advice online: -Clear browser history before starting -"Save” the information on the form after entering every two addresses.

Type any simple address: 123 street avenue and see what happens.

Try less characters, maybe abbreviate street: 1B Balasubramanian St.

I guess you are concerned about this because he is the beneficiary? Regarding filing jointly, that's the right thing to do. And I'm curious about why are you filing so late if you married in 2021.
