  1. Completely forgot about deferred inspection. @Canada21 Google deferred inspection locations. You can go there and get your travel history.
  2. I know, but every traveler has an arrival/ departure record and travel history that should be accessible through the website. Are you adjusting status?
  3. What did you use to enter the US?
  4. There is no set time for an NTA to be issued. The more information you provide the better information you can get from members. Please answer the following questions: 1. When did you enter the US? 2. When did you file for adjustment of status? 3. When did you get the green card? 4. When did you divorce? 5. What exactly does your I-751 denial letter say?
  5. Ask her to print the booking of her round flight and take it with her.
  6. They're the ones to decide the length of the stay, which can be up to 6 months. What she needs to show is a return flight.
  7. Print the corrected form, bring it to the interview, inform the consular officer about the mistake and hand it to them.
  8. Not being interviewed is extremely rare for an adjustment of status, but for some strange reason it seems you got it waived. Please answer the following questions: 1. When did you enter the US? 2. When did you file for adjustment of status? 3. When did you get the green card? 4. When did you divorce?
  9. A K1 visa allows you to enter the country to marry. Once in the US you MUST adjust status to become a permanent resident, and that requires you to send evidence and get interviewed in your local office by an agent. Do you have a green card?
  10. Have you tried printing to pdf? You can also download free pdf readers or try with a phone or tablet - if you're using a PC or laptop-.
  11. An I-360 is filed for adjustment of status -requires an I-485 form- and an I-751 is for removal of conditions. They're completely different forms that serve different purposes. How did you enter the US - which visa- and when did you become a permanent resident/ received the GC?
  12. You should be able to get something from the I-94 site. https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home
  13. No. They won't approve the N-400 without approving the I-751. Ideally they should hold a combo interview for both ROC and citizenship -in which case you should both be there-. If not, your N-400 approval will remain pending until you both attend the I-751 interview.
  14. NOT AT ALL. Unless you have a proven pattern of amazing luck or manage to perform miracles.
  15. Your original certificate is enough; you just need to include the translation if the original is not in English. Any name change can be done with the N-400, even on the day of the citizenship interview.
  16. Sometimes they do not stamp the passport -though the entry will definitely be recorded in the system-. A stamp is not actually necessary but she could ask for it if she is into collecting passport stamps.
  17. @Family No way to know until the OP comes back and explains in full detail what really happened.
  18. Then she messed up everything? Her lawyer? From her own posts her VAWA was never approved. So she didn't even have a GC to remove conditions from to begin with?
  19. It seems she self petitioned when adjusting status, was approved and obtained a conditional GC and her removal of conditions with divorce waiver was denied.
  20. She filed an I-360 to adjust status. That's what we are talking about.
  21. VAWA petitions are just for people adjusting status not removing conditions.
  22. AP is an immense enigma no one has been able to untangle.
  23. Must be pure fun moderating the forum!
