  1. Where you enrolled as full time student for the duration of the visa and did you earn the degree you were pursuing?
  2. This case is way more complicated as OP filed for adjustment of status and they were denied during interview - the link you included never filed, they just married and divorced-.
  3. https://www.uscis.gov/records/request-records-through-the-freedom-of-information-act-or-privacy-act
  4. Remember you can file 90 days before your 5th. anniversary as a permanent resident.
  5. Your future wife can file while you are in the US once you marry and have all the necessary documents ready. You can stay until your permitted stay expires - preferably a little less just in case-.
  6. So you have everything in order, the family court ruled in your favor and if he ever did something it would be dismissed as a vindictive act of an angry ex husband. File for Citizenship and worry no more.
  7. When did you find those letters? You divorced years ago, didn't you?
  8. Unexpected anatomical parts? Not sure. My guess is that people inform prior to avoid any issue. The person in question fits the profile of those seeking to become viral. As per the article, the posts were already deleted.
  9. If the inspected person presents themself as a woman, a female agent is assigned. When patting down they do so with certain amount of pressure, particularly if the agent feels something unexpected.
  10. You don't need a lawyer. You just need to get all your evidence together and in order.
  11. Setting jokes aside, if the agent was a woman she could actually file some sort of complaint if she was not informed prior and unknowingly touched this person's "particulars".
  12. I am a little confused. You came to the US on a K1 to marry your now ex husband?
  13. You have been a resident for over 5 years, so you should not have an issue. Try not to worry. He cannot do a thing - and I doubt he will even try-. What was your waiver for?
  14. You can also try leaving a message on their FB page asking about oath ceremonies.
  15. I think you can all attend. Maybe the easiest way to know exactly how the ceremony will be is contacting the park.
  16. Crazy, right? Who knows how will they conduct OP's wife ceremony. Probably outdoors -and maybe even drive thru- as that specific place has just a tiny auditorium.
  17. Found this article from 2020. Might not answer your question, but it is interesting: https://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/gallery/drive-thru-naturalization-ceremony
  18. I'm pretty curious about why she left after overstaying two years+ and why now three months after leaving, she wants to return.
  19. We would need to apply for renewal of extension letter, because after so many years it would be so damaged.
  20. I'm in for the one thousand two hundred months extension! Though I doubt I will live 100 years more. 😜
  21. Yeah, a copy won't make it. Must be the original and always accompanied by the GC. I personally like the letters and I would welcome a 120 month extension. 🤣
