  1. As you are filing under the 5 year rule, you don't need to send evidence of good faith marriage. But they will certainly inquire about your whole immigration path during interview.
  2. When did you file for AOS? And you can call the medical facility where the exam took place and ask if they have a copy they can send you.
  3. If you're adjusting from a K1, the medical was in the sealed packet handed to CBP. What you must send is the vaccination record -DS-3025- which should have been handed to you after the medical. It is a single piece of paper that looks like this:
  4. I think your "lost" passport is still valid. What I would do is going to a deferred inspection site and inquire - maybe get the passport scanned to see what happens-.
  5. File the I-90 and as soon as it is done, call customer service and ask for an ADIT stamp to be mailed to your home. I agree with everyone that suggests NOT filing the I-751. Better use that money to get her therapy for PTSD. Once she feels better and ready, she can decide if it is worth filing a complaint regarding the abuse she was victim of. And please, if you can, do something to stop her from chatting with an AI bot or doing whatever that can cause further harm to her already fragile state. If you go for the typographic error, here's the link: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayTypoForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=typoError
  6. The change is automatic, you don't need to do a thing. Only issue is that the date went from being current now for the F2A, to waiting 22 years for the F2B to become current.
  7. If they are asking you to file a new application, doubt they processed the previous one. How did you file? Have you checked the status of your application?
  8. What you need to include is: 1. GC with wrong classification 2. Copy of marriage certificate highlighting date 3. Copy of the stamp on your wife's passport showing she entered on or after your 2nd anniversary 4. A letter explaining you mistakenly received a conditional GC
  9. Recently a forum member shared she received her new GC some 6-7 days after filing the I-90. You could be as lucky as her.
  10. I think you should cross through land. You can also try asking in the nearest preclearance location - there's one in each of the following cities in Canada: Calgary, Toronto, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, Victoria, and Winnipeg-.
  11. "You will need to follow the steps below: Report your lost/stolen green card (I-551) to the local police office and get a police report on the incident. Please have two (2) photocopies with you. Complete form I-90 (100KB PDF) (Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card) and make two (2) photocopies. Instructions to complete form I-90 (64KB PDF). Complete form I-193 (280KB PDF) (Application for Waiver of Passport and/or Visa) and make two (2) photocopies if you want to reenter the United States without the alien’s passport and/or visa. Make two (2) photocopies of your passport (biographic data page and all pages that contain entry stamps in the U.S.) (if available). Make two (2) photocopies of your green-card (if available). Get four (4) passport size photographs. Go to the nearest Port of Entry to the USA and present yourself to the U.S. Customs and Border Officer for further processing." 12. If your plans are the ones you shared on another thread, the B2 will certainly be denied.
  13. Your wife can bring her old passport and explain the discrepancy during interview. If there was a problem, they will issue an RFE for the corrected certificate.
  14. Ideally the embassy should correct the mistake and re issue the visa.
  15. Cambodia Exceptions: For foreigners no longer living in Cambodia, Cambodian criminal/police certificates are not readily available to non-Cambodian citizens who lived in Cambodia years ago. For China, there are no listed Exceptions. Source: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/
  16. You must apply for the reentry permit no fewer than 60 days before traveling.
  17. Go on vacation to Mexico or Canada and cross the land border. If the visa works, his GC gets activated and he can go back to Denmark to finish whatever business he has there before moving to the US or you cancel his flight back and he stays. If the visa was actually revoked, he goes back to Denmark and waits for the new visa.
