    It still gave me a warning that I might be missing information going back 5 years from today, but well. Nothing is perfect 😅 At least it's mentioning the 3 year rule and that applicants under this rule only need to provide information for those 3 years.

    I just started filling out the online form and will hit the send button tomorrow ( don't want to send my application on April Fools Day 🤣). Hope we'll all have a smooth sailing and get done with this last part of the journey rather quickly🤞 A positive note about the new online form that came out today is, that USCIS finally acknowledges 3 year filers in the form when it comes to residency and trips outside. So yeah for that.

    At least two of them hadn't had biometrics for ROC. Last time AOS about 4 years ago.

    I've seen a lot of current N400 filers who had it waived. Might depend on how long it has been since the last time biometrics were done ( but that's just a guess ).

    "Then why can't she move to your country?" See what I did here? This could be a follow up question from the officer. We all understand what you mean, the officer will understand what you mean, but don't open yourself up to this kind of conversation and questions 🙂 All that aside, I was shaking in the first minutes of my interview. The officer noticed it when I pulled my work permit out of my wallet. She was super sweet and pointed out a couple of times that the interview is just a formality and that there's nothing to worry to calm me down.

    Just freaked out a little. New fees are going into effect on April 1st. But online filling for N400 with biometric fee is getting $15 cheaper 😅 Edit: ja keine ahnung warum ich das jetzt in englisch geschrieben hab 🤣🤣🤣

    Mount Laurel, NJ is hier nich groß vertreten 😅 die einzige timeline info die ich hab is die offizielle von USCIS und da sagts 9 Monate. Grad ne timeline gefunden. 4 monate... da warte ich wohl lieber auch noch 2-3 Wochen

    Frankfurt will send a letter with all the information to the beneficiary once they're ready for you. At least back in 2019 it included a form that needed to be filled out and sent back together with the latest tax return transcript from the sponsor. Only after that is sent in they'll get back to you telling you to schedule the interview, fill out the DS 160 and pay the fee. You can bring updated evidence of your relationship but that's pretty much all that is needed.

    I hope you'll get an answer soon @Davron. That's such a weird limbo situation, but fingers crossed it all comes to an end soon 🙂 No news here. I've seen a couple approvals around my case number, but I guess they're also N400 filers since its still about a year of processing time for my service center. Im anxiously waiting for Germany to finalize the passed law about dual citizenship so that I can start the citizenship application. Waiting, waiting, waiting... 😅

    IOE is ne komische Ausnahme. Du hast kein richtiges Servicecenter, es wird online bearbeitet. Kann das auch nich richtig erklaeren. Google des mal. Angeblich soll das schneller gehen da keine Papierakte mehr rumgeschickt wird.

    Ich hab jetzt den newsletter vom Bundesgesetzblatt 🤦‍♀️ die Gesetzreform tritt 3 Monate nachdem es im Bundesgesetzblatt steht in Kraft. Anfang Mai wird des also definitiv nichts 🙄
