    Yes. Both the DS260 and affidavit of support was filled out and submitted. Her case is DQ'ed and she is waiting for a visa interview.

    Hello, my husband petitioned for me in January of 2021. In the petition we used my maiden name and got the i130 approval last month. However my passport and ID have my husbands last name and we have to submit this to NVC. Is this going to be an issue?
