I would 100% take the updated documents to the interview, especially I864, Tax transcript, W2 and police certificate. I would not upload them to CEAC until they ask me to do it after the interview.

His interview was in 2013, they give him 221G saying your case needs more processing or something like that i dont remember exactly, it was a basic father daughter petition. They emailed us at then end of 2014 i think and asked us to do Medical exam again. After redoing the medical they sent us his passport with visa in about three weeks.

I dont know why they are doing this, but they did the same thing with my Dad he was in AP for about 10 months and kept his passport the whole time.

US consulate canceled appointments for May 15 and 16. I thought everything is back open in Islamabad. May Allah give us Sabr to deal with this.

I really hope its a glitch in the system, like why would you give someone hope and then refuse it. Honestly everything thats happening in Pakistan and now the US immigration is driving us crazy. We lost a whole week of appointments. It SUCKS

I feel like this puts us behind again. i just checked on US consulate Islamabad website they have canceled all appointments for May 10. SMH

If i could i would get work or student visa for Abu Dhabi they are faster than Dubai i think. If it was possible i would do India because right now they are processing October 2022 DQ's for IR1 cases.

My husband case was DQ'd May 2022. Once the US consulate Islamabad is close to that time (hopefully this year) i will complete a new I864, order 2022 Tax return transcript and W2. i will upload them online once we get the interview letter. Also i believe you need Covid vaccine proof for medical exam, i don't know about any other vaccine info.

Yes she needs to take updated IRS Tax return transcript, W2, paystub, and I864. I would wait to upload them to Ceac after i get the interview letter. if there has been pay change or position change especially promotion get an updated employee verification letter.

I would suggest go to the court where your divorce was finalized ask them to write you an official letter saying that they dont issue original certificates. Then send it to them i did a little bit of research and its true they wont give you the originals just a certified copy.

Same in California we dont get original divorce certificate, only certified copy of divorce decree. Did your wife take the original certified copy of the decree or just a copy of it? Anyone who's been same situation please answer.

They always ask for Original birth certificate. Get a replacement from NADRA.

Hello, I have a question, the F4 visas already take too long to process and now with covid backlog, what happens if a child is close to aging out? Is NVC or USCIS helping with this issue? Back story, i have a friend who filed for his brother (Pakistan) and his brother has a child that is now 13 years old. The petition was filed back in 2015 and got approved after 4 months now waiting in line. looking at the backlog and visa bulletin they are now processing 2007 cases in F4. Thank you!
