    Someone in the forum mentioned that we can’t get the passport the same day as the Oath ceremony….? They said we need to wait 10 days and frost notify SS office .

    Hi! What document did you bring for Oath ceremony? Should we bring expired work authorization as well ? It mentioned in the list of documents but I can’t find it . Also, can I apply for a passport the same day as my Oath ceremony ? I just need ( from a Ceremony ) a naturalization certificate to apply for the passport , correct ?

    Thanks for sharing the link. Seems like in Chicago they have a ceremony 1-2 month after the interview.

    I have been waiting more than 2 weeks already for them to schedule the ceremony … I wonder what’s going on that cause this delay in scheduling Oath ceremonies 🤔

    It’s hard to say . The officer definitely read the questions from the computer and then typed exactly what I answered. To me it looked like questions were chosen randomly by their program . Same about reading and writing , I guess.

    Yes, I was recommended for approval right away . It’s been like 10 days with “ Oath ceremony will be scheduled “ status. I’m in the big city as well.
