Hello, I got my citizenship in last May. My mother is visiting me on a tourist visa right now. It's been 2 months since she arrived. She was going to stay 3 months but I want her to stay here and live with me. I also need/want her to watch my son (4 years old). Would there be a problem if I file I-130 and I-485 for her? Another question is, I never received my naturalization certificate back when I sent it for passport application. Can I just use my passport as proof of citizenship for I-130 application for my mother? Any other recommendations for my case would be also appreciated! Thank you!

I received interview notice and tax transcripts are not listed in the letter?

I just filed mine online. It says Estimated time* until case decision: approx. 16 months 😔

I was wondering how do I pay with credit card if I am filing online?

Hello, I recently changed jobs and working on a 6-month contract to hire job. Getting paid by ABC company but I am working at XYZ company. I believe I should say ABC is my employer but just wanted to make sure. Any ideas? Which one would be my employer at this point?
