Hello and good afternoon. I find myself in kind of a tricky situation. I applied for a citizenship this summer and it was saying processing time approximately 7 months on uscis. In the meantime i did my biometrics appointment. Recently got an email with my interview appointment time and date which is great. Its begging of october. After i applied for citizenship and saw that the processing time takes about 7 months i scheduled an international trip for 10 days which is in the end of October. I was doing some research but didn't find an answer for my situation. When do they take away our green card? Is it during the ceremony or interview? Are we allowed to travel internationally between interview and ceremony? From what i understood we cant travel after the ceremony until we receive passport Even if indo ceremony the same day if available it will be about 2 weeks away from my trip. And not sure if i will get passport with 2 week option included Thanks
