  1. I’d give them another week or two. My 3d anniversary was on Feb 20th so it might take them at least a week. Really hope you’ll get your status changed soon!
  2. Did you pass your 3d green card anniversary yet? I saw that in some cases they transfer it a few weeks after that (my case) or closer to the interview date once the interview was scheduled and in worst cases the day of or the day/week after that interview (but then things seem to move quickly). In theory, if you case is still at ROC office then you still have a chance to get approved before and then only interview for N-400! I choose to think positively In my local office current wait time for N-400 is 16 months so it might be at least another year of me posting on VisaJourney)) Do you know if Case Transferred changes twice for both NBC and then local office? Or just once when it leaves to NBC?
  3. Yep! Honey to my soul Hopefully, the waiting game afterwards won't last for years.
  4. My I-751 status just changed to "Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction". I guess it's a good thing since by the time I have my N-400 interview my local office should have both for combo interview?
  5. Same, it's been a week since my GC 3d anniversary. I also had status change that my N-400 biometrics was scheduled back on Feb 17th, and I still haven't gotten a letter in mail. I do have an electronic version on USCIS website but I don't know if it's ok to just print it and bring it. My appointment is already next Tuesday.
  6. Ah ok! Thank you for letting me know. Very weird way of displaying. There were two approved cases almost next to mine, so they were my guideline and hope Not anymore.
  7. I don't know if it's just me, but I can't see approvals from mid Februrary anymore in 21*** ranges. It feels like those were either glitch approvals or their system is having an issue and rolled back to beginning of February. Does anyone else see some recently approved cases disappear?
  8. I did receive my first N-400 notice in mail yesterday, and today my status changed to «Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled ». I guess they aren’t reusing mine.
  9. So far no updates within 21*** ranges both yesterday and today apart from a few cases being transferred to a different office. 1 approval yesterday and 1 approval today in upper 20*** range. 2 approvals today in lower 20*** range. I have an incoming letter from USCIS today. Assuming it's a paper version of N-400 receipt.
  10. I received another “We have taken an action on your case” email from USCIS website at 5 am this morning. After I filed N-400 on Saturday I received the same email the following morning. I assumed it’s about N-400. I don’t see any statuses on USCIS website yet as they haven’t fixed that bug. On Sunday I did see a receipt notice under Documents of my N-400 section. Right now there’s no new update. These emails get me excited but I realize it’s probably just a bug 😅 Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!
  11. One thing I've learnt while being in this process is that you can't trust USCIS to have all the documents you ever submitted. They lose things, they have IT issues, cases get lost, officers are at different experience levels. I'd bring everything printed regardless of uploading online previously.
  12. I think you were right about an IT bug last week. I just checked and there were a few approvals in 21*** ranges dated Feb 10th and 11th. Not for my case but still Hope there'll be more good news this week for all the pending ranges! I also wonder if I could still get approved despite filing N-400 as long as my case hasn't yet shipped to NBC.
  13. I've submitted my N-400 application today. I honestly don't have any faith in getting my case approved anytime soon.
  14. I've started thinking about the 3d scenario today. I know it's the worst-case one but given that they've just came up with 48 month extensions it's very possible. When they are approving everything is going too slow, too.
  15. I agree with everything said above. It's my least favorite stage, especially when you seem to luck out and have your case in the "fastest" USCIS office and then when it's finally your turn to get approved processing time starts increasing every few weeks. In your case 48 month extension letter will sweeten the deal (I still don't have mine) but this wait time is ridiculous regardless. It's also much more expensive now. I don't know which way is best for you but waiting extra 5 months sounds much better than this n-year-long eternity of uncertainty.
  16. Thank you so much for your input! I didn't know that. When I started my job I provided my green card since I got my DL later. But I do have an unrestricted SS card and a DL+state ID that also expires in 2026. Ugh you've just made my day!
  17. That's actually what I've been doing this month. I have an ongoing application on USCIS website that I can keep editing till March 9th. I'm giving myself till then to see if there's any movement on my case because #painfullyclose and if nothing happens I consider filing. I guess my fear is to get into a situation where I don't have a 48 month extension and my N-400 is still not processed by February 2024 when my current extension letter expires which puts my job at risk. Am I still allowed to get a 48 month one after I apply for N-400? I need citizenship since any traveling with my russian passport is getting more and more difficult, and I haven't seen my family in a long time.
  18. He just released a new video, and seems like he doesn't suggest applying for N-400 anymore. Geez I wish there was a right or wrong answer and more clarity apart from that this shitshow is ridiculous.
  19. Lower 22*** range currently looks the best. A few approvals there today also.
  20. Today's update for 21***: 1 RFE in upper range; Nothing in lower range.
  21. Today: one case approval in upper 21*** range and one in lower range.
  22. I'm now thinking a good thing would be to get that 48-months extension letter and then file for citizenship. If there's any confusion with I-751 at N-400 interview then at least there's more than enough time to get it sorted. It doesn't sound particularly peachy but I don't like thinking that my extension letter expires in a year and WAC keeps extending the wait time, and my N-400 isn't filed.
