No the bottoms is my case number and my alien number. This is the first page it came with. I don’t understand what I need to do.

Hello Everyone, I’m very confused with this letter I received. I am currently in the process of removing my condition, never did I use a lawyer. I send my application about a 2 years ago on November and until now they have replied. Please help me as much as possible so I can understand what to do next. Also, I don’t need to add a lawyer for this application. Also, are they asking me to send my expired green card in this form?
