  1. What a very timely topic. My wife is here in the USA as a permanent resident. We had planned to go to Greece and Italy for vacation. Long story short, Greece will not accept any PSA certificates from Philippines. in Philippines your wife needs to get an Apostille certification for her PSA documents. Information about this is on the website at https://www.apostille.gov.ph i don’t know how France will treat you, but the Greece consulate treated my wife and daughter like absolute garbage. They even said their PSA certificates were “garbage,” and yes they used that term. My advice… check into the Apostille requirements so you don’t get surprised like we did.
  2. That's what I thought, but just wanted to confirm. Thank you!
  3. My wife's parents are about to interview for B1/B2 visas at the Philippines embassy in Manila. We can't really decide if they need NBI clearance, police clearance and barangay clearance for the interview process. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.
  4. Thanks, this is the information I was looking for.
  5. Nope, the idea is for them to come for a visit sometime in the next year or so. N-400 will take a while to process, and we'll sponsor them for green cards after my wife becomes a citizen (if they desire one). We're not in the fraud game!
  6. We'd like to help my in-laws obtain B-2 tourist visas to come and visit my wife (she is an LPR, applying for N-400 this coming January). I realize the letter of sponsorship does nothing to help the case. However, my in-laws aren't computer literate and will have great difficulty filling out the forms. Am I able to fill out the forms on their behalf and file them stateside?
  7. Joining the November group... we just filed our I-751 today. Shocked to see how long the timelines are
