    I went into Infantry basic training as a snug 38 wearing . Got spit out 13 weeks and 3 days of hot Ft. Benning summer a slim size 31. I lived in a small town then. I walked into the bank. My neighbor teller who had known me all my life asked for ID. Many did not recognize me. I have to admit it was a good feeling. On the flip side I looked like I had just crawled out of a concentration camp. I was weak and guant.

    Oh no. I see it every day at the ol car lot. As a side note I take Ozempic for type 2 diabetes. My doctor recently got a 2mg weekly dose approved, wich is the weight loss dose. 1 MG weekly is the therapy dose for diabetes. It flat kills your appetite.

    For folks like me that don't follow details closely, when I see another attempt to take Trump down thru impeachment or picking a jury in a lopsided Democrat run County I just shrug and yawn. Just where are we on baseless campaigns agianst him. I am old enough to remember when almost every news source, and according to Hillary evert Intel agency in the US said his Russian collusion was a fact. I mean the National Geospatial Intel agency said it. Must be true. I will add I don't particularly like Trump but it's a joke at this point. Using our judicial system as a political weapon scares me, in a bad kgb kind of way

    As a person who has struggled with weight. I have been in tip top run 15 miles in the summer bench 400lbs shape and been very overweight. Now as I age I carry a little extra weight. Size 36 to 38. But I dress for it. For the life of me I don't understand all these morbidly obese, women mostly, running around in short yoga stretch pants like they are proud of it.
