I saw this. Mixed emotions. I am sure there is a kick out clause for such errors. I do feel like maybe he is entitled to something, but strictly by the letter of the law I doubt it. If it was my decision I would probably award him something for getting his hopes up. I would also be doing some serious investigating on how the numbers could be off so much.

The kicker is they have to install the app to unsubscribe to every thing. You are correct everything is subscription based. One thing I do like is rhe andriod auto and apple carplay. Makes built in navigation obsolete. Google maps and waze is superior to anything the manufacturer offers One feature I do like is the digital key. Your smartphone basically acts as a key. Sadly it is subscription based after the trial period -

It's really almost to the point I can't deliver a automobile and utilize all the features with out setting up on account on a smart phone -

My light bill was over 600 bucks last month. Modest 3 bed 2 bath home 2 peoples. I do have a garage apt with 2 peoples in it. Insane. Light bill over half of house payment

I never thought I would have a cat. I was out with Neck surgery and a coworker brought over a kitten about 2 weeks old. I promised the wife it would be gone as soon as it could eat food. I bottle feed it , helped it go to the bathroom etc. 3 years later that cat is the spoiled ruler of the house.
