What we have is generation after generation of angry young men raised in single parent homes with no male role models who grow into the gang members and violent young criminals. As the article said. If you take away the crimes in these historically povertized areas a vast majority of these type of crimes would go away. You can put people in parks and Natl Guard members in neighborhoods all day long. It still will not address the root of the problem.

I have a question. Is there a news channel out there that reports the news? I play my games, surf FB etc a good bit now that I am retired. I play a news in the background becuse you can listen without watching. Fox News is like a non stop wash rinse and repeat cycle of the same ol Charlie Kirk, Jimmie Kimmel, kamela Harris is an idiot on and on. Then on the top.of the hour ago new talking heads come on and repeat the same stuff over and over. Then you flip over to CNN . You get a little more news but still a lot of political spin aimed the other way. Although they do have a few more dissenting guests. Then you flip over to MSNBC. HA HA just joking I would not flip over to MSNBC. Any stations out there that reports current news ?

I think while Trump is renaming stuff, he might rename Uranus for obvious reasons. I don't really understand his lust for renaming stuff. I do like having the Army bases I served at being back to their old names. When things change in this country and they will. We may not live to see it but one day the Dems will have the White House, Congress and the Senate. God forbid they get the supreme court back but it will happen. One of my good friends (really like a brother) has a Nephew in law ( his wife's Sisters Child) that recently transitioned form a man to a woman. He was of age, he got lots of mental health counseling prior to going thru with it and his parent could easily pay for it. In cases like this I fully support his decision and his rights. I had Thanksgiving with her and she is really a nice woman now. She also just graduated Suma Cum Laude from GA Tech. For those of you who don't know much about GA Tech. Just getting in is an Honor. Graduating with Honors from GA Tech is an unfathomable accomplishment. However when we are teaching our kids in school, that they may choose another gender and men playing in in women's sports is also unfathomable stupidity outrages me. However if you dare mention that you are against these two things, you are immediately labeled a transphobic Neanderthalic right wing nut job..

My last job before retirement was about 15mins, I think that was the closest I have ever lived. I have only had 3 real jobs as an adult. When I was a young man I had a few before I settled down.
