    That is 100% accurate. In most cases. I kind of got to plan most of my last wedding We had to do the 90 day thing. So I rented the cabin. I arranged for pastor etc. Now when we went back the next year for the ceremonial wedding in the Philippines. It was pretty much open wallet and shut mouth.
