  1. Thank you for your advice. I’ll do that. My journey has been frictionless so I don’t want to force it at the very end
  2. It was part of the initial move which took about 1y. Since it’s only two more months two wait until it’ll be exactly 5y with only 12 days absence. Thank you!
  3. Hello, I became LPR (CR1) later April 2019. I stayed one week and went back to Germany. Then returned after 5 months 14 days for 2 weeks (where I was sent to SSSS and was asked when I am going to move permanently) for 2 weeks. Then returned to Germany for the last time and returned to the US after 4 months 29 days (no BPO issue at all). During these years I left the country for only 12 days for one trip. I have paid taxes in the US since 2019, Removal of Conditions didn't require an interview. My question is now, being 2 months away from being 5 years here physically and having my GC for almost 6 years would it be smart to wait these two months to file N400 or doesn't it matter since once the interview takes place I'll have hit that mark. Or does it matter at the day of filing N400? I could do marriage based N400 but it's a lot more documentation (that I have but I recall the work for i751 to put everything together). Thank you
  4. I had to do biometrics and but there wasn't any notification, only after they I was there. Never saw an update after receiving the extension letters.
  5. Received my new GC today, a little over 2 weeks after my approval notice.
  6. My case was approved two weeks ago after not hearing anything back till November 2021 that my case was ready to be scheduled for an interview. Got my extension letter for 48 months and 5 days later the approval notice online. Letter made it 3 days later. Just waiting for the new GC right now, seems like that takes longer than usual. Took exactly 2 years, well one day early ;).
  7. I am only aware of MSC. I never got any other notifications after the status changed to "ready to be scheduled for an interview". Waiting for the new card right now after receiving the approval notice.
  8. Applied in 2021. Received the 48 months extension a week and a half ago and my approval without interview Saturday/yesterday. I was very surprised in a positive way.
  9. No, I didn't do anything. I just received my 48 Months Extension only a week ago.
  10. My status changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" on Saturday. This was the first update since Nov 2021 that my case was ready to be scheduled for an interview. No interview was necessary and I hope they get the card sent out shortly before I get too excited.
