Filed June 9th. No update on the N-400 application as of today. Case still says it's "being actively reviewed by USCIS" but the estimated resolution time went down to 5 months. Hopefully more of us June filers get some interview dates soon!

  2. Hello everyone!

Just filed my N-400 online so I figured I could join the conversation! I'm filing based on the 3 year rule and with a pending I-751 since July 2022. After filing I also immediately received the Notice of Receipt and a Biometric Reuse notice. My case was also assigned to the NBC. Best of luck to all of us in this last leg of our USCIS dealings!

  3. Hello everyone!

I made a post back on 9/8/22 about not receiving any updates after the "Case was received" notice. Thank you to everyone who responded and shared some adviceor tips, I really appreciate it! From what I gather other people have been or still are in a similar situation of not receiving updates after "case was received". As of today we still have not received any further updates and no response to the "Non Delivery of Notice" inquiry. I am seeing some July filer's cases changing to fingerprints were taken in October which gives me hope that everything is ok and just taking more time than others. I just wanted to see if anyone else is in the same situation: filed in July and no update after "Case received" and which service centers they are in.

Our case was recived 07/11/2022 (111 days ago as of today) and is at the Texas Service Center, we did not get any notice of change of service center even after mooving from Louisiana to Oregon (and changing our address with USCIS inmmediatly). Thank you in advance!

  4. Hello everyone!

I have been following the thread and am getting slightly concerned. We filed on 7/7/22 and got the NOA1 7/13/22. I'm seeing a lot of July filers getting their biometrics waived or getting appointment notifications by now. We did move cross country in early august and submited an address change immediately. Our case is at the Texas service center and we have not received a letter notifiying change of service center since we moved. Anyone else have a similar experience with no updates regarding biometrics?

    Hello everyone!

Do you know how much time they give you now between getting a notification that the interview was scheduled and the interview itself? Thank you!

Hey there! In my case i got the notification that my case was ready to be scheduled for an interview April 23rd, 2020 but I didn’t get an appointment date until July 16th, 2020. The interview it self was on August 20th, 2020.

Yes, it is considered a non-immigrant visa.  Unfortunately, in some of the websites and places it is treated as an immigrant visa.  So, even if you try to follow the non-immigrant side, you are going to see it won't list it was a option.  Thus, this is why we said you should go through the immigrant visa side of the page.  Hope that clears it some for you!

Yes it did help Thank very much!

FIFTH schedule your interview through this website

    •  https://ais.usvisa-info.com/ ----- inmigrant visa applicant ------ register ------- I have received a letter from the consular section with instructions to register or schedule a K visa appointment --------- sign up with your email

Hi, first of all thank you so much for the information it truly was a lifesaver!

I have one question that I really need help with in the instructions you left us you said to select "inmigrant visa applicant" when scheduling the interview but from everything I've read the K1 VISA is a "Noninmigrant" type visa.

This is from the travel state gov website:

Overview: What Is a K-1 Visa? The fiancé(e) K-1 nonimmigrant visa is for the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) of a United States (U.S.) citizen. The K-1 visa permits the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) to travel to the United States and marry his or her U.S. citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival.

So I really need some help with this since we have everything ready and are just waiting to schedule the interview correctly; which option should I choose?
