  1. Yes. As part of her medical history. I would think that if her symptoms are so severe that you requested an expedite .. though it was denied.. that the medical examiner may also be looking for evidence of her active participation in a documented treatment plan
  2. Its a little ambiguous i agree .. but I would answer yes .you have .USCIS will see your previous application These forms are not great dealing with uncommon situations. If the question was just ” have you filed any other /previous I 129f” you would easily answer “yes” I wouldn't answer “no” on a technicality or wording
  3. Psychiatric and mental health history are part of the medical assessment. She will need strong documentation including evidence that she is not at risk of self harm or harm to others
  4. I would be going on the info on the official USCIS Caseprocessing times webpage
  5. Yes. Its good news. My husband had 40 quarters even though we hadn't been LPR for 5 years ( this time).. due to previous work visa then AOS from that. We then moved back to Australia for 25 years. When we left the US, he had 36 quarters SS After returning to the US, he worked and get over the 40 quarter threshold .. he was then able to get Medicare part A and B.. took SS benefits at 70 ( we chose to delay) and i also am on Medicare A and B and get Medicare spouse benefits .. i only have 26 quarters We have since both naturalized but our Medicare and SS benefit applications were all done while LPR of 3-4 years not over the 5 listed . We both came in September 2016 on IR5
  6. My 13 digit NVC case number became a 15 digit visa number when the Consulate placed the visa foil in my passport. .. they added 01. When i used that # while paying for the GC fee, the info said to ignore the last 2 digits.
  7. It is specifically referring to the documents uploaded to NVC but wisdom says take originals from the I130 stage too just in case ..
  8. Then i would plan on flying tomorrow.. embassy appointments are restricted .. usually only for USC, embassies aren't alternates for USCIS field offices or applicant service centres .and . will be closed for thanksgiving .. i doubt you will even be able to contact them. I wouldnt feel comfortable being in your position. Good luck
  9. I do not believe so. Im hoping you checked your options before leaving the US.
  10. You cant do fingerprints out of US. To keep your application in processing ypu need tp present for your appointment where and when it is scheduled.
  11. Please add specific info re visa category etc so we can best advise you
  12. Not sure that uploading documents now will do anything .. but wont hurt to do so.. at the interview you will tell the IO that you need to correct an error in the N400.. just make sure you have all the correct original official documentation with you
