  1. The NOID is sent to allow opportunity to present evidence that may change the outcome. You really need ti wait for the letter .. no way of knowing until then if its an RFE, NOID, something else .. I was just responding to your question about what an NOID is.. not saying you're getting an NOID notice. Breathe!
  2. Notice of Intent to Deny usually gives you 30 days to appeal before it moves to Denial
  3. As long as you can afford the zero income and not working for 12 months .. and have a joint sponsor lined up for the I864 AOS requirements .. it is fine .. warning .. you might not want to leave Aus after living there !!!
  4. Spouses can get a NIV for a 12 month stay Our DIL used one when the family spent 9 months in Aus. The kids all had US and AUS passports.
  5. From memory .. i do not believe that an original “ wet” signature is needed of the I864 for interview .. a photocopy or printed emailed copy is ok
  6. Where there is a difference between the general information given on the NVC site and the information given by your Consulate, always follow the Consulate information
  7. She should have received a checklist and instructions from her consulate in her interview instructions. Minimum is the original ( and a photocopy) of everything submitted to NVC including AOS documentation .. but consulates are all different and many have country specific additional requirements
  8. They will have it on file. I never submitted a copy of my I407 when l applied for later visas .. don't even know if i got a copy
  9. Id be more concerned if it was a relative who could legitimately file an I130 .. which the uncle cant ..
  10. Wait and see what changes from pending to processed. Usually the duplicate will not be processed.. it just means the system tried and failed to process one fee .. then tried again. Give it 3-4 days .. if it does process all 3, call the bank and get them to reverse them
  11. Its only necessary to mention your relatives if you want to maybe get approval. Don't list them means misrepresentation .. one of the surest way to ensure denial
  12. Lime and glassing are different processes. Lime is easier .. just a supersaturated mix of “pickling lime” in water … glassing uses a silica mix .. my 94 yr old mum recalls her mother preserving eggs in “ water glass”. I haven't tried it .. it is apparently much longer lasting .. but the limed eggs are fine in the 10-12 months i have had them in the liming solution .. must be fully submerged, tightly packed so they dont move and crack and never washed before preserving. So when its mid west wet and muddy its more difficult to get clean eggs. The yolks seem to thicken a little so i couldnt use them for meringue.. i always float them as i take them out if the hat.. and check for smell .. occasionally one us cracked and not useable … but other than that they are great
  13. Yes correct. She automatically gets Citizenship after entry so she skips the whole LPR status. She needs to then get a US passport
  14. Cant help sorry. But try looking over the form again ..often the inability to submit is because there is some required info missing or in the wrong format.. sometimes its as simple as not checking a box or missing the date etc
  15. Yes it was a hard loss .. i have spent more time away from home since mid may at my daughter's in TN .. grandson born in June with Cystic fibrosis .. 3 older brothers at home .. huge load with his medical care .. and I had the dog with me .. so our normal deterrent activity level around the coop was non existent .. the netting over the top was the weak link Using up the 10 doz I preserved in lime solution when they were super laying before i have to resort to commercial purchases
  16. Yes. She is the intending immigrant You sign as parent/guardian
  17. Status has nothing to do with it. SSN are often used as identifiers .. but not necessary. Birthdate is fine
  18. Take her to the Dr. If she is on your insurance then her insurance card and her passport for ID are all thats needed. If she is uninsured then she just needs her passport for ID and you negotiate payment for services.
  19. Many marriage certificates just show the full name of each spouse. They not necessarily indicate if one spouse changed their last name or not. The marriage certificate is demonstrating the legal connection between both last names. So as needed, the proof of legal name change is the marriage certificate.
  20. All my hens became feed for racoons this summer 😢. Eggs in SW Missouri are up to $5 dozen.
  21. NVC is assessing your daughter as being eligible to become a USC on her arrival in the US .. so you must submit the I864w which is the exemption from sponsorship. Fill out the form. Collect the required documentation. Upload as indicated. Done
