    You have 6 months .. sometimes a little less .. to enter the US once your visa is issued. Gives you plenty of time to meet your employment requirements

    Dont quit ANYTHING until you have the visa in your passport. Until then, anything can happen. Even the “simplest” application can have an unexpected issue .. and remember what happened to processing and interviews over 2020-2022 .

    The ACA website can’t cope with someone over 65 .. automatically assumes they the applicant is eligible for Medicare.. but you can call and speak with an ACA navigator who can talk you through the process

    Each application stands alone .. though a resistant dependent interviewing wt the same time doesn't sound good. Your wife must enter the US before either her visa or medical expire .. may be up to six months after interview or less depending on the timing of her medical .. so the daughters process can’t be too far behind her mothers. It sounds like a ticking time bomb situation that you’re entering into …

    Translation is required for documents such as birth, death, divorce, marriage certificates etc

    No apostille needed. Just certificate issued by the government dept

    Updated are only done once a day .. evening /overnight usually

    The IV visa is a single use document .. but once endorsed on entry by CBP it becomes the temporary I551 ( green card) valid for 12 months. This temporary I551 is what she will use to enter the US.. not the “visa”

    You dont “write” anything for the written test. You listen to the short sentence spoken by the interviewer and you use the tablet /ipad to type the sentence using the on screen keyboard

    Oh you are way way over thinking this :. You will have your self in hospital with an ulcer from worrying !!! Breathe. Its type the words on screen based read/ write .. chill !!! 😁

    English test .. read a simple 5-6 word sentence. Write a simple dictated 5-6 word sentence Likely the interviewer will want to see nothing that you have listed but youve got it if needed

    Not instead of .. you are not a visitor of either country …but if you are keeping a FL address as your US residence … even a family members address .. you can keep licensing insurance plates (swap plates on arrival in FL) current and active at the same time as having all the Canadian equivalents

    The green card fee of $220 each is to be paid AFTER the visa has been issued. So it is not a fee that you would have paid years ago
