  1. She must urgently contact the issuing consulate and the package must be resealed by the consulate
  2. 😁thx. I wondered if it was something like that !! You get A+ for perseverance !!
  3. @Margo2017777 I am a little confused by your timeline .. K1 and AOS.. and now IR1.
  4. You should have been given the information when your passport was returned to you .. but here is the link https://my.uscis.gov/uscis-immigrant-fee/
  5. You need to pay the $220 fee for the production of the actual card . Recommended to pay it before you enter. On entry your ir visa will be stamped and endorsed by the CBP officer and will be your evidence of lpr status while you wait for the actual card to be delivered. It can take weeks or months to come You have LPR status as soon as you enter the US Your documentation is electronic .. no envelope.
  6. CBP should be able to see that the date the new GC was issued was while you were out of the country. Worst case scenario i think would be a detour to secondary on arrival .. and you get to explain as you have done in your post
  7. You can print off the AR11 if you file it electronically. And if i remember correctly you also get a confirmation filing number
  8. They don't do anything about your child at the interview apart from update her file to include the child’s details. . You should proceed with CRBA immediately as you will then need to get the child's US passport before the child can enter the US. Congratulations on your newborn!
  9. My daughter now 42 lives with CFS /ME since her early 20’s. My heart goes out to you. Yes you complete a medical history for the medical but it is not a “ traditional” medical assessment as you might have for employment, insurance etc. It is focussed on identifying a small subset of conditions which are listed as making the applicant permanently or temporarily inadmissible.. ongoing untreated or uncontrolled psychiatric, illegal drug use, communicable diseases such as TB etc.. Things like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, preexisting cardiac events etc. are not issues. The IO doesn't investigate the medical report .. they look at the bottom line.. is there a listed reason for inadmissibility. Dont leave out your cfs history …. that is a big mistake. Don’t over play it either. You are managing it and you are doing well in doing so !! The bigger factor will be the petitioner's I 864.. . Adequate stable ingoing income mitigates the risk of the immigrant becoming a public charge.
  10. Unless it was flagged in your medical report .. and i doubt it would be as it is neither psychiatric nor communicable.. i dont see why it would even be known to the IO
  11. I wish😬. Each I 130 stands alone and is processed separately. Linking is a task done “ manually” on request if sometimes by an observant USCIS worker. Good advice already about getting the identified together at the NVC stage once both have been sent there
  12. Unless ex wife was previously sponsored and still covered by the I 864 associated with her immigrant visa
  13. Quicker no.. less documentation required .. yes
  14. Reentry permit gives you two years from its date of issuance when you can remain outside the US but not be seen as abandoning your LPR status. Apply as soon as you arrive in the US, do not leave until you have 2 things in hand .. 1. notice of receipt of the I131 application 2. either completed biometrics for the application OR more likely see on your USCIS account that your existing biometrics are being used and have been applied Request on the I131 application for your reentry permit to be sent to the US consulate in the country where you will be with your husband Remember to pay your green card fee before arriving .. get your SSN the next day, and use a safe reliable family or friends address as your address in the US so your green card is delivered safely. Return to the US before 12 months is up .. using your temporary green card ( the CBP officer when you enter will stamp and endorse the visa in your passport and it is then your temporary GC for 12 months). Pick up your actual GC then leave again
  15. Visa applications are made using the applicants passport .. green cards means nothing to countries other than the US
  16. Its the vehicle that is insured in the owners name. She can borrow it to do the test. But once she has her licence you will need to add her as an authorized
  17. HHS doesnt update SS status. Go back and try again.. ask for the supervisor if you get pushback again
  18. The signed completed and filed marriage license.. recorded and registered by the issuing TX county office .. is the legal evidence of the marriage
  19. Apply for the reentry permit now. Wait until she has done biometrics or been advised on her USCIS case status that biometrics already on file have been used. Leave as soon as that happens. Request on the application for the permit to be sent to the home country US consulate to be picked up.
  20. The form is clear.. date you left date you returned country(ies) visited while away Passports are listed on the documentation to be brought to the interview. No other documents relating to your trips outside the US are needed
  21. Either a dedicated line if the GE office is big enough .. or walk in with no appointment and seen as soon as the officer is available .. jumps you to the front of the queue.. at smaller offices DFW handled at their check in desk so i didnt need to wait for an “interviewing” officer
  22. In order for a post the be deleted, use the report flag in the top rh corner of the post and request a deletion. Moderator will then delete your post as requested
  23. Starts at # 59a. BUT living together is not essential.. i think the time referred to by OP would be seen as living together .. no documentation is required.. just enter the address and dates as required on the form
