    Can you post a photo of the rfe with your personal details removed. That may help us respond. One red flag is the drivers licence not showing the correct address. That is an issue and should need corrected. All the things you have listed are good things to do. Sometimes these generic RFE letters are sent when is not really necessary. But you must reply within the given time frame, so get things done and send new back statements, your ID, etc and make sure you keep copies of everything. If mailing the RFE response use a signature required service so you have v evidence of it being received.

    The visa is a one time use only. When you enter the US, the CBP officer will put a stamp next to the visa foil which endorses your entry. The stamped visa is then your temporary I551 which allows you to work and enter the US. Use it until the physical GC arrives

    Look into health coverage costs so you know what you are getting him into. Even though a family member is a physician there c will be big costs likely as he ages .. no Medicare for 5 years and even then it is full cost buy in.

    Meet and apply again or meet , marry and apply for a spouse visa. Exemptions for not meeting in person are rarely, rarely, rarely granted.

    She needs to give the new mailing address to the CBP officer as she enters the US. Assuming you are her petitioner and hence sponsor , you need to complete and mail in the I865 form within 10 days of moving

    Re entering with an unexpired GC and time out of the US less than 180 days should not be a problem. Is the divorce finalised? You will need to be thorough in your I 751 documentation and filing in order to establish a bonafide intent to reside in the US. Lack of employment and other ties such as drivers licence v etc make it uncertain how your a I 751 will be viewed. Better return as soon as you can .. Get a job, get your life in order and well documented and strong evidence of a life in the US .. at present you don’t really have any ties that would convince them …

    No it wont. As long as her first and last names, and date and place of birth are all the same, this is fine. Not all countries’ legal documents used the same name formats

    There are no limitations on transfers. All transfers over $10000 are reported to US authorities by the transferring agencies. Different banks and services charge different fees and offer significantly different rates.

    It’s not the out of status that is the problem.. it’s that she did not enter legally and undergo CBP inspection

    When you complete the form, use your parents address as the mailing address and your apartment as the physical address. Did you file the AR11 and I 865 change of address forms as required when you moved from your parents to your own apt. If you didn’t you need to come those before you file the 751

    For IR visas with no derivatives allowed .. such as IR5.. the answer is always “No”. Its actually a Not Applicable question for this beneficiary. From personal experience. Husband and I were both petitioned by our USC son for IR5 visas. 2 seperate I130 applications We interviewed at the same time , arrived at POE on the same flight, stood together at the CBP booth.. But we each were immigrating separately.. the DS260 question on each of our applications was answered “no”

    A few weeks once they were taken. 7 months before they stopped trying to print the GC using the old prints. 😵‍💫

    I suggest you read the replies again. No no one said what you state was said. 1. Google the US passport site and see if your circumstances prevent you from obtaining a US passport. I seriously doubt that you would be unable to get one 2. one at a time , search for the entry requirements for a US citizen to enter the country you want to visit. Read. Read read. That’s how you will find out
