Here is my N-400 naturalization interview experience --Online N400 application: 26th Nov 2023; --Biometrics: Reused --Interview: 18th March 2024 @ Boston, MA. --Oath ceremony: same day as N400 interview (same day ceremony every hour as I was told). I had my N400 naturalization interview two days back. I have arrived at 12.15pm for 12.45pm interview and waited almost for 45mins and then interview officer came out and called my name. He was such an easygoing guy, I was a little nervous but he made me feel like “You gonna have the easiest interview of your entire life😇”. I took an oath, then asked me for interview letter, and a greencard to conduct an interview. He asked civic test questions, saying hope you studied well all the questions; 1. How many members are in House of representatives? 2. Name one branch of government. 3. What is one responsibility that is only for United States citizens? 4. What did Suzan B Anthony do? 5. Name two national holidays. 6. Who is the speaker of the house? Reading: Who can Vote? Writing: Citizens can vote. Asked question from N-400 about my name, date of birth, employer and job title, and my education. He didn’t have asked to see any single document. And then said “I am approving your Citizenship, Congratulations”, and offered me same day oath option which I grabbed that opportunity right away and had my oath in next half an hour. Honesty, he didn’t take more than 15 minutes for completing the whole interview. Finally, immigration circle is completed and feeling being relieved now. Hope everyone here in this thread would have the similar easy interview experience. Good luck!

Finally, the status was updated last Friday and the interview was scheduled at the Boston office for 18th March. I have submitted N-400 on 26th November.

Congratulation Bro! What's the date ? Is it scheduled within three months from the date you filed your N-400?

No, I have noticed it in my USCIS account which shows the waiting time as well.

Hi there, Yes, when i submitted my N-400, it was 8.5 months of waiting but after Biometrics reuse was updated waiting time also got reduced to 7 months.

Hello Friend Finally today my case status has been updated to "case is being actively reviewed by USCIS", and they also have reused my Biometrics as notice been uploaded to my profile. Thank you for your reply, Now I Am a little confused about understanding it. Did your biometrics reused or did you get the letter for a biometrics appointment? You said, "If you didn’t receive a notice that your biometrics will be reused, I assume they’ll schedule you for an appointment. That’s what happened to me." Did you get your N-400 interview scheduled without a biometrics appointment? It's almost 20 days now since I submitted N-400 online but no letter i have received for biometrics. Worried I am

Hello everyone! I received my VAWA green card on 22 February 2021, and now about to apply for my naturalization citizenship as the three years since I received my green card will be completed in February 2024. When I try to initiate an online application for N-400, the eligibility questions say you are ineligible for applying for citizenship application. Can anyone help me how can i do my citizenship application? Am I eligible to apply for citizenship? Is it good idea to hire attorney for this N-400 application? Thanks
