    I did apply after I become Citizen last year in February 2023 It took 12 months for approval. Then it will be sent to nvc. Nvc will help you with the documents to be submitted . When all submitted they will send it the consular office. You still have a long way to go. It's takes a total of 2 years to 3 years.

    Hey, I had this same problem this same month I uploaded a letter stating that I did not have schedule form or any of those document needed. I only have w2. So I uploaded all my w2 from previous years. With letter stating that I do not have 1099 and as I do not own a business or file 1099. I told them in separate letter I don't have a schedule form I did not request this because I didn't need it. And all my documents are now completed and and accepted

    Nvc rejects your birth certificate because the date shown on bc as the date when is what made did not match you date of birth. If it is more than 10 years difference you need to provide a court declaration or other proof of relationship between you and your parent. I am not sure why marriage cert was rejected because I did not have that problem. Mine was accepted.

    Hello all, I joined this group back in 2018 and I learned and also shared my experiences. It has been a tough journey with alot of Patience. TODAY I AM GLAD TO TELL YOU ALL THAT I AM OFFICIALLY AN AMERICAN. Oath ceremony was Yesterday everything went well, I registered to vote and will apply for My passport tomorrow.     Yes that's correct. From when you submitted i751 bring as much as you can cos I learned the hard way wiy an rfe. This made me went to my last n400 with a pile of documents and only greencard and passport was asked by the officer.Have you filed for Citizenship yet? If not it's Advise to do that as it will push your case.

    It just updates of life between me and my wife. Different leases. New insurances and renewals with recent dates, pictures of kids birthday and travel itenary ,joint bank statements recent month.My case made almost 2 years. I will say like one year 8 months cos I applied on 02/2021 for i751, then applied on 02/2022 for N400. SO I think you are within normal time frame.

    Yes , I did. The first Interview was on 12/07/2022 but I didn't go with enough evidence for I751. So I was sent a rfe which I submitted then case was approved the following week. Then my second N400 interview was rescheduled.

    Update on My Case. I just Passed The Interview. A simple Clean Process. Takes about 15 Minute I spent in total of 25 mins in the Building. My i751 was recently approved so she didn't even ask for no document aside of Passport and Green card. This is the easiest stage of The entire Immigration Process so Don't worry about Anything. UPDATE: Oath Ceremony on the 22nd of this month.

    After Being in this group for a very long learning, receiving advise and sharing advise. It is only fair to update you all about my case. I filed I751 in 02/2021.... Biometrics in 11/2021 Case changed to ready to be scheduled for interview in 11/2022 Filed for N400 in 08/2022 Biometrics in 03/2022 (case change to active review) N400 interview scheduled 11/2022 N400 interview date 12/2022 Result of Interview(rfe for more evidence) Rfe sent on 12/15/2022 I751 Approval 12/30/2022 N400 Initial appt canceled N400 New appointment dating Pending......     It means that is the estimated time it took uscis to process 90% of applications on that category which you applied for.
