I did apply after I become Citizen last year in February 2023 It took 12 months for approval. Then it will be sent to nvc. Nvc will help you with the documents to be submitted . When all submitted they will send it the consular office. You still have a long way to go. It's takes a total of 2 years to 3 years. -
Hey, I had this same problem this same month I uploaded a letter stating that I did not have schedule form or any of those document needed. I only have w2. So I uploaded all my w2 from previous years. With letter stating that I do not have 1099 and as I do not own a business or file 1099. I told them in separate letter I don't have a schedule form I did not request this because I didn't need it. And all my documents are now completed and and accepted

Nvc rejects your birth certificate because the date shown on bc as the date when is what made did not match you date of birth. If it is more than 10 years difference you need to provide a court declaration or other proof of relationship between you and your parent. I am not sure why marriage cert was rejected because I did not have that problem. Mine was accepted.
