Does the police certificate  I get from Guatemala need to be  translated into English before going to visa interview?

From when I dropped off the I-130 package at USCIS Juarez.  Told to make sure that every page was stamped/embossed in the packet during the CO interview. My wife took both a copy and the original and during documentation check they looked at the stamped one then kept the copy (which was already in the I-130 package).

 

May not be the case in Guatemala but definitely the case in Mexico.

Every page needs to be stamped. I just went thru this in June with a 40 page divorce decree that included a parenting plan and property settlement.  Pretty costly due to the way it was handled a decade ago by the court..

When getting certified copies of court records does every page need to be stamped certified or with one page for all documents enough.
