My wife took both a copy and the original and during documentation check they looked at the stamped one then kept the copy (which was already in the I-130 package).
May not be the case in Guatemala but definitely the case in Mexico.

When getting certified copies of court records does every page need to be stamped certified or with one page for all documents enough.
