  1. I believe you can travel as long as it’s valid. I’ve never traveled on an AP before but I would only do short trips if it were me…like to be safe. No matter the total number of individual trips you make, be sure to get back before it expires!πŸ‘
  2. If you do not have a work permit/ AP, then you would want to get the I-360 work permit. In my day I had two (I-485 & I-360) the redundancy! Didn’t need two. Most important document is the approval notice. For next steps, your I-485 should be transferred to NBC, then you should get a deficiency notice for Medicals if it applies in your situation. Then interview invitation or straight up approval. You can contact your rep.. I always advise folks to be proactively patient so the wait is not futile.πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘ PS- see my brief timeline I posted not long ago.
  3. Hi @Aarontx90 I totally understand how you feel but I hope this helps..My VAWA was approved 28th March 2019, and i485 was moved in June 2019, July 2019 deficiency notice to bring to the interview, and then interview March 2020. Don’t pressure yourself so much, it’s definitely moving! Your day draws nigh!πŸ™
  4. Thanks for the dialogue πŸ€— was beginning to think it would remain a monologue…lol! Also this is super fast, looks like Houston is winning πŸ† just sent in my paper πŸ“„ package and next day cash was taken for the fees. Hopefully I get a receipt notice πŸ”œ I hope you get approved next tomorrow the 13th. Can’t wait to hear your good news! Thanks once again.🀝
  5. Congratulations πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰πŸŽˆπŸΎ surely passed!πŸ™
  6. Guys, please what’s the actual timeline for the Houston office? Is it fast or slow? I know someone who isn’t on this forum applied for N-400 in May and got interviewed in September same year 2022. Houston office. I hope for a quick one as well!πŸ™πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ
  7. Dear Butterfly2 Be assured that delay is not denial! It will still be! Your day is coming fast.πŸ™πŸ˜Š
  8. Wow!🀩 The end is near! Matter of fact it’s here!πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠπŸ‘
  9. I wouldn’t categorically say you have 4months left…it’s different for everyone. Timelines varies. Just stay hopeful and positive..everything is possible!πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
  10. Ok then, you should patiently wait for the letter. Looks like you’ll be attending the interview. In my day, I had the deficiency notice in July, and interview 6months later.. but I guess things have changed since then.😊
  11. Also since they asked you to send it in…the medical update I mean..you are not likely to go in for a physical interview. So yeah do contact them but I just feel you’ll hear something really soon.πŸ™πŸ˜Š
  12. Kinda missed this with all the β€˜traffic’ Congratulations πŸŽ‰πŸΎπŸŽˆπŸŽŠ great to get to this point! May the rest of the journey be smooth!πŸ˜„πŸ‘
  13. It’s okay to contact your rep. But you could hear from them anytime now. πŸ‘
  14. I bet it’ll be fun to watch! Keep us posted on the β€˜I told you partβ€™πŸ˜‰πŸ˜„
  15. Well you’ve done your due diligence and told her what the law says…you can’t grab her by the neck to refrain her from heading towards bricksβ€¦πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I mean if she believes she can fly, watch her!😏
  16. Oh I did the month I moved but wasn’t sure I was doing the right thing because we’ve been so used to VSC’s umbilical cord ties lol πŸ˜† it’s hard to break free. But I’m over it now.
  17. So it turns out that after you get your GC, you’re NOT required to go through VSC anymore in terms of updating address! They returned my package and instructed I’m free to up update it online. Just like they sent to you! So yeah..had to find that out for myself to be sure! Satisfied now!πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
