  3. Lol πŸ˜‚ I’m from Houston FO. I was hating on β€˜em just this morning and sulking! Promised to never check again…then got the notification on my phone from the USCIS case status app this afternoon … and grudgingly checked just to confirm I’m not seeing things lol 😝 there it was! Interview scheduled! πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰πŸ₯³

  8. USCIS officers may determine, on a case-by case-basis, that it is unnecessary to interview certain adjustment of status applicants. When determining whether to waive an interview, an officer must consider all relevant evidence in the applicant's record. https://www.uscis.gov β€Ί volume-7-p...
  9. We all will have our day. I see cases from October, November and even earlier still being processed…it will be great to be finally done with USCIS! Won’t be long now…πŸ₯³πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ
  10. I believe it’s based majorly at the officers discretion. For example I’m adjudicating a case and feel like everything checks out, I may not require the presence of the petitioner to conclude the case. Other times I feel like there are issues that needs straightening out and the appearance of the petitioner would be helpful…at least that’s how I see it logically.πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
  11. I see January folks getting interview dates as well. More proof to NEVER say NEVER! πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ˜†πŸ₯³πŸ’―πŸ†

  19. Looks like you or your attorney did not send enough documents initially to meet the requirements. Gather what documents you have for now, so it’s easier how to go about what’s not available. Anything that’s not available can be explained in an affidavit. For proof of residence with your spouse, even if you stayed together for 24hrs in your shared residence (not visiting each other) meets the requirement. For good faith marriage, they want to know you did not marry for immigration benefits. So your personal affidavit, alongside statements from friends, family etc can attest to your good faith marriage. For abuse, statements from witnesses and your police report or medical report, or psychological evaluation concerning the abuse will suffice. The good news is that..a detailed attestation of your journey with your abuser might be able to explain the absence of some evidence.. I personally used a personal statement to respond to my RFEs alongside few evidence I could lay my hands on. Everyone’s situation is different and as such these i360’s are adjudicated on a case by case basis. This means that your evidence can vary from the next person and sometimes you might scale through with very limited proof where others will be required to present more facts. I hope this helps.πŸ™‚
