    Check the back of the paper that says RFE. It should tell you what they want. This is a RFE. I just got one of those myself for my marriage certificate. the page with the G28 has to go on top when you respond to the RFE. If none of these apply to you, you don't check anything but just place it on top.

    Not true. He can work anywhere he wants. I am an FMG finishing up residency and doing fellowship in July on an extension.….
