Wow, people seem to get a thrill out of it. I'm telling you, it's not fun to have a c/s, even worse if that is the last thing you've wanted to birth your baby but it was necessary after almost two days of labor...I'm still trying to get over it. I'm not going to watch the video, bad memories and belive me...it's not like you don't feel anything. You feel A LOT even if you are numb from your chest down.

I had a c section and I agree with everything you said, not pleasant at all.

Well isn't it suspiscious that they find the little girls blood in the car the family rented 25 days PRIOR to announcing her missing?

The report states they found the girls blood 25 days AFTER she went missing. Anyway, the parents should most certainly be questioned as all possible avenues should be investigated. The worst thing is that they left her in the hotel while they went to a restaurant. What responsible parent does something like that? Maybe they aren't murderers, but there actions are questionable. I just hope they find whoever killed the little girl and that they get what they deserve.

My husband and I filed for Adjustment of Status for him. We have our interview date at the end of this month. My husband has received advance parole and we are planning to go to see his family in italy. However my husbands passport expired this month and without thinking he sent the expired passport containing the visa he came here with and his I-94 to the Italian Embassy so he could get his new one. On the notice we recieved from USCIS it says that we must bring it with us. We have copies of it, but not the originals now. It states on the notice that we will be denied if we fail to bring everything with us. What can we do at this point?

You could try calling the Italian Embassy and finding out what the situation is. Ask them how long it will take to receive the new passport. They will also send the old passport back too.

An update for me PaulineA - Received NOA dated 8-27. Biometrics scheduled for 09-12.

When I go to the biometrics appointment I need to take my passport or other form of picture identification. The thing is I haven't had my new name put on any of my ID yet. Do you think it would be OK to take my passport or driver license in my old name, and bring my marriage certificate to prove name change? Thanks.

Anyway, it is never a good idea to lie to these people. You can marry and do AOS, but you have to prove that you had no intentions of staying in the country. Maybe you are better off doing the K1 as someone suggested earlier.
