    You can mail it back to the address listed on the letter that came with the card or to the address on your I-751 approval notice. Or do nothing at all, and wait for USCIS to ask for it back. This is not your burden.

    Yes I think doing this 2 weeks before your case will be damaging to your case, and I would, at best, expect an RFE and at worst, expect denial. The time to do this was 6 months ago.

    It is slower. Because you will enter rhe U.S. as an LPR able to work and able to travel internationally. As a K-1 you will wait 2 more years for a gc, and sit around the house bored. Not in the experience of thousands of visa journey members.

    Yes No No Yes Yes Yes Yes. Get married, file I-130, and enter the U.S. 2 years after marriage on a CR-1 visa to enter as a non conditional LPR who will receive a 10 year green card. You should have married and filed I-130 before you left the U.S. Instead, now you should get a Utah remote appliance marriage ceremony ( https://www.utahcounty.gov/dept/clerkaud/PassMarr/RemoteAppearanceFAQ.asp ), then meet in person, then file I-130.

    Son is not a U.S. citizen N-600 is not appropriate regardless because son is not in the U.S. 1. When USCIS denied I-130, what was the actual I-797 denial letter. 2. Whose names are listed as parents on the son’s birth certificate? 3. Was the son born in wed lock?

    I could have sworn there was a service out there that would email you a USD / US bank check after paying online with a credit card, but I cannot find it. A couple years ago my wife mailed something to France, insured through etsy, and it was lost in the mail. She got back a PDF check and mobile deposit accepted it. So it seems like such services exist, but you want might be loth to trust them with a hefty premium processing fee. Have you gone to a branch of your UK bank and asked for USD money order drawn from a U.S. bank? That is what people in Canada do: go to a Big 5 bank, and get USD money orders drawn from U.S. banks.
