    1. Did she enter the U.S. with intent to file I-485? Submit the asset based I-864. Then after the job starts, send a new I-864 with your current income equal to the gross income you expect from that job, for the next 365 days, dating from the date you send the I-864.

    You received an N-400 receipt. It has a USCIS address. Write to that address. Include a copy of the receipt.

    I do not believe this is an attorney. @COPK is your attorney listed in the state bar and at https://www.ailalawyer.com/ ? I do not believe it was sent. I would DIY an I-485 package immediately, cancel the old check to USCIS, and take the “lawyer” to small claims court.

    Bifurcated divorces where the final decree of dissolution of marriage is issued separated from the final orders of spousal and child support and of asset distribution are a thing. Besides which my divorce decree does not even have the court approved alimony and asset split agreement. So the lawyer and USCIS seem to be confused. What does the final decree actually say?

    Did you fill it out online or by mail? I would send a letter, excerpting the answers, stating that this was an error, and you are changing your answers. Hence the urgency of correcting this now.

    Some percentage of violations of immigration are not caught. There is however no statute of limitations. If he is caught, there can be repercussions. As future federal law enforcer you will have an interesting dilemma regarding your brother and his wife.

    6 month from date of medical. Given the embassy is Pakistan, I doubt it will be good for even 5 months from date of issue.

    F-1 is unmarried son / daughter (age 21+) of a U.S. citizen. Is she your daughter? If so, it will take at least 10 years for her visa to be issued. F-3 is married son / daughter of a U.S. citizen. Is she your married daughter? If so, it will take at least 20 years for her visa to be issued. Yes.
