  1. Some countries do not use the Gregorian calendar in birth certificates. I gave up trying to convert my wife’s parents’ birth dates to Gregorian. I think I got the years right.
  2. There are 365-366 days in a year. And perhaps you erred by using a 31 in month that does not have 31 days. So try all 12 * 31 = 372 days.
  3. You have written two different things about 2020 and 2021. How did you file those years? I have never heard of such a thing. My understanding is * If she is willing to be taxed on her world wide income, she can file jointly in 2020, 2021, 2022. * If you file MFS for 2022, you have to list her TIN if she has one. Her TIN is her SSN. Even if she had an ITIN before you still have to use her SSN What was his point in making you wait to file 2022 taxes if he was not going to use her SSN to file MFJ for 2022. Personally I would thank him for his service and release him. Then file amended 2020 and 2021 tax returns as MFJ, and file 2022 as MFJ.
  4. Precursors are made in China and sold to the cartels so they can make and export fentanyl. U.S. should be using sticks and maybe carrots on South American narcotic cartels to force their middlemen to Mexico to stop poisoning US bound cocaine and heroin with fentanyl.
  5. The truck is being filled up stuff it is designed to carry. Employer knew there was no CBA in place. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Speaking of which, the drivers should definitely be black listed. Court intervention not needed here. Meanwhile scotus twiddles its thumbs on loan forgiveness, DACA, fake Russia gate, etc.
  6. False analogy since crashing a plane is an active act. Regardless, 1. That would break at least 3 criminal laws I can think of. What criminal laws did the truck drivers break? 2. A pilot who thinks it is safer jump from plane than land it has a loose screw. Every pilot who has flown me wants to survive a flight as much as I do. That’s why they delay or cancel flights when conditions are not safe. 3. The exit doors cannot be opened in flight. The closest analogy I can think would be a U.S. airline crew member flying a long haul to an airport that has just weekly service. The crew member does the mandatory 14 days rest, during which the CBA ends. On the day the crew member is due to work a return flight, the member quits. That will cost the airline dearly since there is no spare crew member available at a remote station. In most states, burger flippers are subject to non competes. Now when a shift manager yells at a burger flipper in the middle of frying $100 of meat, the employer can sue the cook for quitting on the spot, because all the beef burned on the grill. Instead of running to courts to solve their problems, they should instead have anticipated them (insurance, a clause in the CBA, using scabs when the CBA expires, tying a greater portion of compensation to performance, …, I am sure there are others). But then again this ruling is consistent with the ruling that employers can’t fire employees without cause a shortly before they vest in their 20 year pension, or their stock options. Except that ruling never happened. Truly an anti libertarian, activist decision. Business owners who cannot handle risk should get out of the business.
  7. But Antifa / BLM engage in proactive destruction. This is a ruling that says somebody in “at will” employment can be held liable for quitting a job. Employers have a remedy: hire employees under a written contract. Such as CBA. Glad I do not have to work any more.
  8. There was advice an ISO who did an AMA last year on reddit who advised otherwise. Hence I will always advise sending unsolicited evidence despite what USCIS says. Do as you wish. I am out.
  9. The difference is that you can log onto your irs.gov account and download 3-4 years of IRS tax return transcripts. But you cannot download 5 years. So if you do not have 5 years of tax return transcripts, your 5 year based N-400 can be delayed.
  10. Focus on re-filing. You have 23 days before your parents’ authorized stay ends. After you re-file, if the old ones have not yet been rejected, write a withdrawal letter to each USCIS address listed on the receipt of each form, noting the receipt number.
  11. Do you have tax return transcripts? My spouses have never been listrd as my dependents or vice versa. I an unaware that a spouse can be listed as a dependent. Did you file jointly with your U.S. spouse? Depends on the answers to my questions. Depending on answers you might not be ready to file N-400.
  12. If you have 5 years of IRS tax return transcripts on hand, file on the basis of being an LPR for 5 years.
  13. I never heard of this happening. Send it usps priority mail, flat rate envelope. Could be the best $10 you ever spent.
  14. @_carolinabautista Send a cover letter with the intent to marry statements stating: * case number * reason for letter * name of petitioner * name of beneficiary The address you send this to is the USCIS address listed on the I-129F receipt. Sample letter of intent: https://www.visajourney.com/examples/Fiance_Letter_of_Intent.doc
  15. https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?op6=All&op66=All&op7=Nigeria&op1=3&op2=&dfile=No&op3=5&op4=1&op5=5%2C6%2C8%2C10%2C11%2C13%2C14%2C15%2C16%2C17%2C18%2C20%2C21%2C22%2C25%2C26%2C27%2C28%2C108%2C110%2C111%2C208%2C210%2C211&cfl=
  16. Why probably? The U.S. citizen needs to send these letters, today. Neither of you need permission to write these letters.
  17. File January 2027 so that the absence of 2021 is less likely to come up during the interview.
  18. Theater. Exempts employers with fewer than 25 employees
  19. Also, Fentanyl is used adulterate other drugs to boost profit margins. Unfortunately the people doing this tend to be unskilled and this is a common source of Fentanyl overdoses: it is common for the people who die from overdoses to have had no desire at all for Fentanyl, and had they been taking pure meth, coke, etc. they would be alive today. Less than a drop in the bucket. Trying to prevent Fentanyl overdoses through border security is futile. There is something to be said for certain presidential candidates ( Vivek , Donald , Nikki ) pledging to deploy the military against cartels that export Fentanyl to America. I was reading up on the American conquest of what was then northern Spain, and it turns put there was appetite in the early 19th century to conquer the entire country. What held the country back was opposition to the expansion of slavery. See https://www.quora.com/Why-did-the-US-not-annex-Mexico-after-the-Mexican-American-war/answer/Habib-F-2 Assuming Russia completes its conquest of Ukraine, China follows suit with Taiwan, and the rest of the world does nothing about it, then U.S. will have no impediments to completing the conquest of Mexico. Here is how it will go: * US starts droning cartel leaders in Mexico * Mexican president is forced to publicly ally with cartels. I mean he pretty much is there now.
