Not a real territory IMHO. Incorrect. Case in point, in 2022, my wife went to an SSA office in Tucson with her expired GC and restricted SS card and they cheerfully processed her request for an unrestricted GC. Took less than 2 weeks for her new SS card to arrive. He should go to SSA offices starting tomorrow.
