  1. You need to fill out I-864W for your child. Not I-864. Not for your child. Your child will be a U.S. citizen after entering the U.S. on the IR-2 visa.
  2. I will be delighted to eat crow if your case is approved. And it would be an interesting data point.
  3. 1. And your physical address on AR-11 was? 2. What physical address did you list on N-400 for those 9 months? So more days were spent in PH than US. So I do not think you were a resident of your state.
  4. That is a “photo tip” not a command. My results are always superior.
  5. LPRs have to be admitted. This is a scare tactic by USCIS. LPRs who are given a new GC, and do not present it at the port of entry might have to pay the I-193 fee. I would do the trip, provided the port of entry to U.S. on the return is not pre clearance.
  6. IMHO you not satisfy the 3 month residency rule and for that reason, I expect your N-400 to be denied. Had you kept a dwelling for those 9 months, you might have had a (flimsy IMHO) argument for 3 month residency. Keeping the residence would have also mitigated the concerns @Lil bear raises. 1. Before you left the U.S. for 9 months, what physical address did you list in the AR-11 after you terminated your lease / sold your home? 2. For the 3 months prior to filing N-400, were you in any single country for more days than you were in the U.S.?
  7. What makes you think the CIA wants to get rid of DPRK? If Korea reunites, are Korean/U.S. relations likely to be as good as they are now, or is Korea likely to enter China’s orbit? I doubt the CIA is certain.
  8. The OSS/CIA has a great track record in manipulations that bring profound change, starting with goading Japan to attack Pearl Harbor. Maybe a better approach would have been to tell Japan if stops raping and killing its Asian neighbors, the U.S. will ship its oil. Keep in mind that Japan’s conquest of Asian British Empire was doing the CIA a service. Change, but rarely good change. I wonder then why China’s stolen tech is unable to fix Venezuela’s oil production.
  9. The history of RUB dating back to pre Mongol times, and the influence the Mongol conquest had on RUB inter relations is fascinating. One can make the argument that after the USSR died, there should have been three Ukraines: western Roman Catholic, central orthodox, eastern ethnic Russian.
  10. Agreed. Had 9/11 not happened, NATO might have withered too. But 9/11 was another CIA master piece. Considering Hungary is in the EU, the former is a safe bet. You do raise a good point. An EU member the size of Ukraine, with levels of corruption exceeding Hungary and Greece would have been quite the handful. Arguably Putin missed an opportunity. Had he let EU absorb Ukraine, he would have had a subtle yet more powerful level to influence the EU. And it isn’t like the CIA wants the EU to get too powerful either. So there was an opportunity for Putin and the CIA to align their interests. Recall it was Trump who was the only American official pointing out that the EU was over dependent on Russian energy. I know the CIA was not happy when he said thay.
  11. 1. Where was your spouse during these 9 months? 2. And were you inside the US when you applied? You were in the U.S. less than 3 months and filed N-400. I am concerned if you satisfied the 3 month residency requirement. 3. For the 3 months leading up to filing N-400, how days were you physically in the U.S.? 4. Did you have a dwelling in U.S. while you were gone, as evidenced by a lease, mortgage, and/or deed?
  12. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Malaysia.html/ says because you resided there under 12 months, you cannot get a police certificate. IOW, even if the U.S. consulate demands you get one, the government of Malaysia will not give you one: Pre-Condition for Foreigners: Foreigners, who wish to apply for Certificate of Good Conduct, Must have resided in Malaysia for a period of at least 12 consecutive months under long term social visit pass – employment pass, student pass, spouse of Malaysian, expatriate pass.
  13. The equivalent benefits are not public charge in the U.S. per https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/public-charge/public-charge-resources I see no issue.
  14. Possibly relevant: https://www.am22tech.com/h1b-visa-interview-approved-online-status-administrative-processing/ Admin processing is the normal status and could mean multiple things with or without form 221(g) including: … You work in Biotechnology, the Chemical field, or restricted Technologies. While the link is about H-1B, it would not surprise me these considerations apply to immigration visas
  15. Room mates and tenants are not necessarily in the same household. Part 5. Sponsor's Household Size Add together the number of persons for whom you are financially responsible. I did not see where OP is financially responsible for the uncle. Further: Item Number 7. This question gives you the option of including certain other non-dependent relatives who are living in your residence as part of your household size. Such relatives may include your mother, father, sister, brother or adult children, if they are living in your residence. However, the only reason to include these relatives in your household size is if you need to include their income when you calculate your household income for purposes of meeting the income requirement for this affidavit. To be considered, any relative included in this category must sign and submit Form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member While it is not clear to me if an uncle is a qualifying relative, it would nonetheless require an I-864a from the uncle. I suggest that if the uncle’s income is needed, that the uncle be a joint sponsor through I-864, household of 3, and OP be the primary sponsor, household of 2.
  16. As many as you can get for as many years as you can get.
  17. I think you are too married for I-129F. Get legally married, and file I-130 so that there are no problems.
  18. Yes actual visas go onto pages labeled visas. But just because a label says visas does not mean things other than visas cannot go there. Entry stamps are not visas. BTW, the U.S. is getting rid of entry stamps, and good riddance.
  19. You asked if you would be questioned or given a hard time. If things get to the point where you are showing that letter, we have reached questioning, and hard time, correct? The word “visa” was literally stamped on your passport?
  20. Some people allege that verbal assurances were made to the USSR and Russia during German reunification talks. If so, Russians got out foxed. Like the way they out foxed the U.S. when after WW2 they did not retreat to USSR. When you embarrass the OSS/CIA you pay the ultimate price. The CIA will not stop until Russia is gone. It took the most of the Warsaw pact countries, it took most of Yugoslavia, it took the Baltics (former USSR), and it is taking Ukraine.
  21. Is the employer a section 319b employer? See https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/792869-naturalization-under-section-319b-american-firm-or-corporation/
