What makes you think the CIA wants to get rid of DPRK? If Korea reunites, are Korean/U.S. relations likely to be as good as they are now, or is Korea likely to enter China’s orbit? I doubt the CIA is certain.

The OSS/CIA has a great track record in manipulations that bring profound change, starting with goading Japan to attack Pearl Harbor. Yes actual visas go onto pages labeled visas. But just because a label says visas does not mean things other than visas cannot go there. Entry stamps are not visas. BTW, the U.S. is getting rid of entry stamps, and good riddance.
