  1. Why do you think you are not allowed to sign that?
  2. She should file I-485 and her souse files I-864. That’s the bare minimum. She should also file I-693, I-131, I-765.
  3. When I-94s were paper only, Canadians traveling as tourists were exempt from I-94. When they went to electronic, nobody sent a memo to Canadian tourists that they involuntarily joined the I-94 club.
  4. 1. Before her I-94 authorized stay expired. Yes Canadians get I-94 2. No. Not unless ICE catches her. 2b. N/A
  5. The link I provided says otherwise. As does https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visa_policy_of_Belize A Burmese passport is among the weakest passports in the world. And getting weaker: That little patch of green in northern South America is Ecuador, and Ecuador revoked the visa waiver last year, much to our disappointment. Yes, some cruise ship employees are poorly educated and/or racist. You should scroll down to see the stuff for non U.S. citizens: https://www.ncl.com.mx/Información-y-documentos-de-viaje-necesarios-para-ir-de-vacaciones-en-crucero/33g7m/ Non-citizens of the United States USA. U.S. Foreigner Residence Card (ARC) holders. USA. Foreign residents of the United States. The United States that have a Permanent Residence Card (ARC), also known as a "green card", must have the ARC with them to be able to embark on the trip. Foreign residents of the United States. U.S. who do not have their ARC with them when they check-in will not be able to board Green card holders cruise on NCL every day.
  6. RoC is an issue if you want to travel after your 2 year gc is expired while your 10 year gc is pending. While pending you get an extension letter. We are seeing more reports of airlines denying boarding to those with extension letters. USCIS is doing an excellent job of spreading the FUD: https://www.uscis.gov/i-131a If you have an expired Green Card, you may not need to file Form I-131A. Although regulations generally require an LPR to travel with a valid Green Card, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) policy allows a transportation carrier bound for the United States to let you to board without carrier documentation if you are: An LPR with an expired Green Card that was issued with a 10-year expiration date (and you have been outside of the U.S. for less than a year); An LPR who has an expired Green Card with a two-year expiration date and you also have Form I-797, Notice of Action, showing that you filed Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, or Form I-829, Petition by Investor to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status (and you have been outside of the U.S. for less than a year). The Notice of Action extends the validity of the card for a specified length of time, generally two years; or An LPR military service member or employee of the U.S. government (or an LPR dependent of such an individual) on official U.S. military or government travel orders, regardless of time outside of the United States. Check with your airline or transportation carrier before you file Form I-131A because in some situations, they may still refuse to let you board even if you are in one of the categories above. In that case, you will need to file Form I-131A
  7. Travel is an adventure. Especially to and from the USA. Especially if you aren’t born in USA. This naturalized citizen was once asked: “where were you were born” before American Airlines would board him. Infuriating but there are basically just 4 airlines and 3 cruise lines left so what can you do but grin and bear it and hope the next travel attempt goes better.
  8. 1. Is he from the same country as you? 2. What year did you meet and/or correspond with each other?
  9. 1. Did you know him before you came to the USA? 2. Were married to him before you came to the USA?
  10. FTA: ”This comes only hours after a US F-22 splashed another “unidentified object” over the Canadian province of Yukon” I’ll take things that didn’t happen for $200 Alex
  11. Real estate not owned by the primary sponsor. So the difference between then first I-864 and the final one is without distinction. Perhaps the CO realized the error in rejecting the first I-864 and was trying to save face. Again the correct result was realized but the way the CO got there was in error.
  12. For the past 90 days the numbers are: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/stats.php?history=90 K-1: 564 days https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/irstats.php?history=90 CR/IR -1: 473 days The I-130 path is faster.
  13. Belize is not part of the UK. Nor is it a territory of the UK. Like Canada, it is a member of Commonwealth and is one of 15 Commonwealth Realms. The government of Belize says: https://www.belizeembassyusa.mfa.gov.bz/visa-application-requirements “NOTE: U.S. Citizens and Holders of U.S. Permanent Resident Cards/U.S. Multiple Entries Visas do not require a visa to enter Belize.” We cruised to Belize just fine in 2021
  14. After San Bernardino they 100 percent can go through AP.
  15. Interesting. Mexico’s written policy doesn’t include AP. DR policy seems more open. Honduras policy last year allowed green cards but this seems to have changed. I would not expect AP to be permitted there. Not sure about Belize. The denial seems correct but for the wrong reasons. If you had B visa for the USA, Princess could have applied the same logic: “possible denial of reentry to CBP”. There was no reason to deny you boarding on the basis for AP being possibly denied by CBP because CBP promises in writing to not fine carriers if they board AP holders. Sorry Princess was so racist toward you. It does appear a trend is emerging where AP holders and LPRs won’t be able to travel in the future. I suspect elements in DHS are influencing air and sea carriers toward this foolish policy.
  16. no yes Upload the required passport style photos to a drug store website and order prints. The other photos should be printed onto 8.5x11 inch paper 4-6 photos maximum per sheet. This makes it easier for USCIS to scan.
