  1. Cannot be done. Also as spouse of a U.S. citizen it is likely a tourist visa would be denied.
  2. His situation is not comparable to that of your children. What does that mean?
  3. If the form does not give you any opportunity to show there is no immigration intent then why do you think a U.S. citizen parent cannot sue? See https://cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2022/10/05/21-55365.pdf As I explained in the other thread, people who file N-600K do not have immigration intent.
  4. did you show them your marriage certificate? I doubt it. It has no authority over your name.
  5. If denied, you would file a lawsuit.
  6. Looks like you can take the risk. You have 8 years to replace your passport and naturalization certificate if USPS fails to forward it.
  7. Ouch. You are in a precarious situation. This is the downside of the current naturalization + passport process versus staying an LPR. 1. Do you have an unrestricted so social security card? 2. How many years are left on your state ID / DL? 3. As a result of your move, will you be required to update / replace your state ID / DL with your new address? 4. Does your current state, or if applicable, new state, grant ID / DL to people unable to provide evidence of authorized presence?
  8. Did you send a naturalization certificate as your evidence?
  9. The beneficiary can * hand write this stuff on a sheet of paper and send you an electronic or * type this stuff into something like MS Word, take a screen shot and send it to tou. Then from Mac Preview you insert the images into I-129F.
  10. generally the visa expires 6 months after medical. Guam, CNMI, PR, USVI only. You cannot enter at American Samoa. LPR status is for living in the U.S. It is not a “visit once the year card”. 1. maximum permitted absence is 180 days. 2. CBP has been known to warn people with shorter absences or issue a Notice to Appear. See 3. Again LPR status is for living in the U.S. You plan to live inside the U.S. for 1 day and be absent for 364 days. You should first spend X days in the U.S. and then be absent for no more than the lower of: * X+1 days, * 180 days 4. If you cannot handle these rules and guidelines, after you enter, file I-131 to get a re-entry permit. Do not leave until you get a receipt. Return to the U.S. for biometrics collection. 5. After you enter the U.S. on your immigration visa, it will be stamped by CBP and converted to a temporary I-551, valid for one year from the date of entry. Do not let this expire while abroad, because you will be depending on the whims of the embassy to issue you a boarding foil.
  11. I suspect their are IR5 couples in Russia, Canada, China, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, India, Chile, Burma, India, and other countries with at least one dimension exceeding 2000 KM who would like a word. Immigration is expensive. I would not be surprised. Cannot say about Juarez, but IME consulates are not transparent about such policies. Possibly because they are SSI (security sensitive information).
  12. 1. I-130 for mom. I-130 for brother. Separate I-130s 2. that is visa fraud 3. visa fraud
  13. Do you an SSN now or wait years later when EAD or green card is approved? I will assume the answer is you want one now. If you it now, go to SSA and get one. Before you marry. As for I-94s not being necessary that is disinformation. Every alien except for LPRs gets an I-94. See https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home Go there. Print the I-94. Go to SSA with passport and I-94 and apply for an SSN. After that get married before the authorized stay indicated by the I-94 expires Most K-1s on visa journey got SSNs as I have described. Including my wife.
  14. No. The U.S. foreign visa service does not speak English. It speaks Visaglish. In Visaglish, ”refused” means “maybe it will be approved, but if you insist on a decision today, it will denied”
  15. At least two international ports in Houston. Three including the sea port Galveston. https://www.visajourney.com/reviews/poereviews.php?poe=George+Bush+Intercontinental+Airport&dfilter=0 is the port OP asked about.
  16. I do not blame her. She is in sport where men where men with dresses are allowed to compete.
  17. Yeah. OP is bound and determined to do so after multiple explanations. This thread is inadvertently becoming a primer for how to misrepresent and get away with it. I am out.
  18. How often does that not happen? Why would NVC schedule the interview if the consulate did not have the case file? Don’t you think electronic systems can fail the say of the interview? What would you do differently if it was electronic versus paper?
  19. I would get 10 snd keep sone copies with trusted associates. Georgia is s future war zone, and you might be able to get more.
