our case was updated to ready today! I think it means the embassy has received your case and is ready to schedule an interview. They have/will contact you with additional information. I haven’t received that yet but it should be coming soon with details on what to bring to the interview.

I got an email, title was “The National Visa Center sent your K1 visa petition to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in Stockholm, Sweden”

Just guessing, but I think they input your case into their systems. Not sure why they didn’t give you a case number? You can do another inquiry to get one or watch out for an email when it gets sent out and it’ll have your new case number in it.
