Hello my name is Basit I am a Ghanaian and my wife is American. We filed a k1 visa last year and was denied. So she moved to Ghana and we was married in March 2017. We are now filing for spousal visa from Ghana since she is now a resident here. We received an email from the embassy stating still we need more proof of our bonafide relationship and marriage. We submitted our joint bank account statements, lease agreements with both our names and our car documents showing we own a car.
