    Thanks @ Boiler and sarah for the response! The oldest child is 10yrs old, while the youngest is 30 months. The younger child was born when I was already an American citizen. Someone said he doesn’t need i130 petition is since I’m already a citizen before giving birth to him. Please can someone elaborate on that thanks
