  1. Tbone is holding up, the Ex brought over a generator so he can run a fan and the fridge. Hopefully not too much actually spoiled. Mini-B tested out he milk and it fine. The line men were working a street over, but the recording he gets says it could be several days before power is restored. Hopefully that is not the case as he is melting.
  2. ~~Hijack post split off an unrelated thread and moved to Tourist Visas, from K1 P&P~~
  3. The thing about asking to have the visa re-validated. It needs to be in the same 90 day window of the first visa. So if she goes home and then contacts the consulate/embassy there needs to be enough time to get the passport sent back to them, get it re-issued, have her enter back in the US and get married all in the left over original 90 days. It would make much more sense to get married tomorrow and get the forms sent off ASAP. Once you get the receipt she can try for emergency AP.
  4. I think you should take a look at the link posted above by Appleblossom. Not one single person is a pro at these things when they've never looked at the forms before. Everyone learns how to do the forms the same way by taking it one step at a time. If you decide to give it a go and have more questions members would be happy to help out.
  5. I heard from Tbone, they are all safe but no power. Damage was a shared back fence. Hopefully his freezer can keep cold and not have too much food spoiling. He's not looking forward to the sun coming out. I don't blame him about that. The sun has been overcast the last few days and it makes a big difference. It may be awhile before he gets back online to share his nightly updates.
  6. I would speak to an attorney who is familiar with AWA. Any other attorney is just wasting your time and money. Pleading down does not change the original charge either, USCIS will see everything.
  7. ~~Moved to ROC, from IR1/CR1 P&P- the OP is past the visa stage and trying to understand the next step(ROC).~~
  8. I also won't take calls, or text messages. It's all through FB messenger or they can take a hike. Cash at pick up too. I would bet the email was fake from them too.
  9. ~~25 posts have been removed. This thread has been derailed long enough. DO not derail this thread any further. Your posts are to be productive to the OP's questions. If you would like to discussed what you do not like about immigration take it to the proper forum.~~
  10. ~~Moved to General Immigration Discussion, form AOS Family K1/K3- As the OP is well past AOS'ing.~~
  11. ~~One post split off an unrelated thread and moved to K1 P&P forum.~~
  12. Last year a judged ruled that 15 months was not long enough to clear background checks. Listen to the lawyer, most recently every case I read about on here is being dismissed. Don't waste your money.
  13. It's been taking a few months. Just keep waiting. If you submit another they will cash both checks and it can complicate things.
  14. Hit my arm into the corner of my dresser. It hurts like crazy an hour later.
  15. ~~Moved to the regional forum, from K1 P&P- As it is PI specific.~~
  16. I didn't have my US passport last year when when my mother was hospitalized. I drove up with my old expired Canadian passport and my US DL. I should have thought about my birth certificate but I wasn't exactly thinking back then. I had no issues.
  17. ~~Moved to ROC, from K1 P&P- The OP is past the K1 stage and past Adjusting from K1, they are now looking into Removal of Conditions-~~
  18. ~~MOved to the regional forum, from K1 P&P - the OP is asking a country specific question.~~
  19. ~~Moved to AOS from Work, Student and Tourist Visas, from IR1/CR1 P&P- the OP is planning to do AOS.~~
