It won't show up on the police check. You do however have to disclose it during your medical exam. You will want to get your doctor to write a letter about any treatment past and present. The words they will want to see is that you are no longer a threat to yourself or others.

If you have any court documents, CPS document, restraining order go ahead and submit it. That is all you can do about him. If CPS placed the child back with his father and is willing to help you. Try to get custody of the boy. I know he is not your biological son so you don't have parental rights but CPS may help you.

That is exactly what you wanted to happen. Since he had everything needed for the doctor, he was able to complete the medical without sending your father for further evaluation. It looks good and I don't see anymore coming of it. But as the saying goes the only guaranty in life is death and taxes.

Ok first thing first empty that account and open another. You can't cancel her card to that account but you can drain it low. Next ask to get a police escort to get your belongings. If she did indeed burn them you can have the officer file charges on her. Use that report to get a new card and passport. Then you fill out the forms to get the card replaced. I'm very sorry you have to go through this and very sorry for the loss of your mother.

It's possible he or you didn't know what help you needed. You have your passport and your debit card, not sure what your certificate of permanent resident card is? Do you mean your Green Card? If so she can't do anything unless she has real proof you scammed her, not just being a petty verdictive person. Do you have your social security number too? If so get a job if you don't already have one and move on with your life. That is the best revenge, when the abusive person realizes they can't scare you anymore.
