    Hair loss may not be form ozempic. Drastic weight loss will cause the body to think it need to redirect resources (it can't tell why you're dropping pounds or how heavy/fat a person is) so hair loss happens. Just like after having a baby the stress on the body makes your hair fall out.

    Let her go home. The US is not for everyone and some older ppl just cannot adjust. I know 3 weeks is not long to even say she gave it a shot. But in those three weeks it sure was enough to put your marriage in jeopardy. Nothing bad will happen and like Boiler mentioned she might be able to get a B visa since she does not want to stay.
