It's too late now for this festival.

You would probably have better luck with the T-shirt.

Thanks Tbone, I'll pass on stocks. It really isn't much. Not enough for a savings account. Just stuff I made playing video games. I think you need to give up on dating sites. Don't know what sites you found but they sure suck. You're better off paying a psychic to ask her where to look at this point. Or have your friend WCG set you up with someone.

Divorce with my wife
Ontarkie replied to Samibra's topic in Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits
~~Thread is locked to further replies and is not to be restarted in any shape or form. The OP needs competent legal advice. This is beyond the scope of VJ.~~ -
So if you had very little money to buy stocks in today's market what would you buy into? I know nothing of stocks but I was thinking maybe I should get some with the way it is now.

Divorce with my wife

She did not take them without his permission. They all traveled there together and he left his wife and kids there without him after the divorce. There is nothing for him to do. -
Divorce with my wife
Ontarkie replied to Samibra's topic in Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits
As both of you are US residents at the time of your divorce. I would say you need to speak with an attorney who is well versed with Muslim divorce. You are supposed to get divorce in your jurisdiction (the state you live in). I do not believe it would hold up in the US and you could still be legally married in the eyes of the USA. -
Embassy MNL ignores legit expedite
Ontarkie replied to TYPHOONBOB's topic in Direct Consular Filing (DCF) General Discussion
Email Manila yourself if it has been the lawyer doing it. You need to put in the Subject line- Urgent DCF request USC Job relocation or transfer either will work. You need to explain you are being relocated to the US and the date you have to be back in the US. If that date is not anytime soon it will most likely be denied. Expedites are for the USC rarely do they work for the beneficiary. They see it as, if you were not in the picture they would seek treatment in their home country. Do not confuse DCF for expedite. They are not going to expedite again as last time you were approved and your wife did not move. Yes it sucks it was do to the overlap marriages. It's years later that her medical has been ignore (See it how they will see it. She could have been treated be now). The thing about DCF is they do not have to take your case. It is totally up to them and their case loads. If you do not write the correct terms of requesting permission to file for DCF they are not going to spend time trying to figure what you want. If your lawyer send a DCF paperwork to them without prior permission it is going to waste valuable time waiting for it to be rejected. You need permission first. -
Both Canada and the US have similar rules for visiting. They count your 6 months in North America. It does not matter if you spent 6 months in Canada and then try to spend 6 months in the US. Same applies if you started in the US and wanted to go to Canada. You already used up your 6 months. There is no border hopping to reset the 6 months. They expect you to actually leave North America.

I would not do the I-407 as you said you're not sure. He can always apply for another reentry permit. Never make a life changing decision with a not sure thought.

Nope they just want you too eat more of the fake food to pump you with pills. Humans have been smoking, BBQing since fire was discovered. Oh man that sucks what happened.

Last few pages unread I spent way too much time repotting plants today. Then I had to plant some plants outside and then water everything. Needless to say I gave up doing much else. Good thing the Hillbilly smoked a pork butt yesterday. Leftovers for the win.

Name changed but no legal documents
Ontarkie replied to CharleyS's topic in General Immigration-Related Discussion
Wow not one agency picked it up. I don't think it will be an issue with the N-600 if it is you can handle it then. -

Looks like someone messed up when they printed your card. What name is on your US passport? -
You're welcome @Demise Might have some advice also. She is pretty active in the VAWA thread too.

Here's a link someone posted in another member's thread about their experience. I'll try to find more.

What you had was clearly enough for the CO to approve your case. I know the search function can be a pain in the rear, but please look up what others have experienced before making up your mind.

Did you lie or fake anything in your VAWA petition? That would be the only reason not to file the N-400 ever. Have you posted in the VAWA mega thread? Many in there have had your same experience. @Sandra G. would be able to give you the best advice.
