  1. It is very common for Canadians to not get an I94 even these days. USCIS is well aware of it. There should be no issues. Just add the proof from the site you have and in the space on the forms where it asks what visa. Many have just put Canadian entry.
  2. ~~Moved to IR1/CR1 P&P, from DCF as this is not a DCF case.~~
  3. ~~Moved to the PI forum, form K1 P&P- As this is a country specific question.~~
  4. ~~Zombie thread locked to further Reply. The OP is now in the US with a GC.~~
  5. ~~Thread Moved to General Immigration Discussion, from NVC- As NVC no longer has a role in this.~~
  6. For the kids they can visit. Contact the Consulate to let them know you want to start the process for the kids. They will instruct you. I do not know much about the EB process so you would have better luck asking in that thread. For car import since you want to go by truck/train you should contact a car import company. I didn't import my car so I do not know more than that.
  7. Congratulations
  8. ~~Moved to Moving Here and Your New Life, from ROC- As the topic is about getting a DL~~
  9. ~~A fourth thread has been merged. Do Not start any more threads for similar or related questions.~~
  10. Well that is unusual. The marriage certificate is the proof for the name change. Submit it again and a note saying your wife took your last name and what her previous last name was. I don't remember the forms but was there a spot for her other names used?
  11. If you have the wrong Police check there is no point uploading it. NVC does not take calls anymore. Go get the new PC now and don't delay the last thing you want is another 3+ months or AP just for a PC.
  12. ~~Moved to Moving Here and Your New Life, from K1 P&P- as this is about Real ID after entry on a K1/K2~~
  13. Oh my gosh. Glad you got him in. Big hugs I know its hard on you too.
  14. ~~Title edited to fit the OP's question. Please do not use false narratives to create a thread. Members are more willing to help if you make a title to fit your actual question.~~
  15. Here is a post that explains it better than I could.
  16. ~~Moved to What Visa Do I Need, form DCF- As the OP is just now researching options available to them.~~
  17. The thing is she needs to be honest during the interview. They will already know she was denied a J2 due to her being married to a first cousin. So when they ask, even if it gets that far why she wants a B2. She will need to tell the truth saying to visit her husband. After a denial of the J2 it will be very very difficult to get a B2.
  18. ~~Moved to AOS Family K1/K3, form K1 P&P- as this is an AOS and EAD question.~~
  19. I like the idea of follow to join. This way she doesn't get a medical, or interview and can't sneak off on her own once she gets the visa. Once you get to the US and meet the legal requirements to file for divorce you can then send that in to close out the File for Follow to to join option.
  20. Cleaned the pool area of sticks and roscks. I swear the grow here, every year they keep popping up. Place the tarp back in place and set up the pool. I have very happy kids and very soaked. As soon as the wrinkles were out of the bottom they stated playing. Came in the house rested a bit and took down 7 gecko tanks and readjust the shelves. I needed to lower all the levels so I can add two more big tanks (18x18x24). Thankfully the tanks are not too heavy being full of stuff. Sat down to take a break just to find out the city's sneaky early election to pass another increase in millage tax was passed. NLR is the most taxed city in AR and schools still suck. You know one of the reasons for this tax is a fancy sport complex. Not even to pay teachers better a stupid sport complex. Sorry a sport complex is not going to fix these failing schools, heck building another school is not going to fix it either. But because this millage tax failed in November they did a special election to sneak it in. This is truly freaking nuts. Here is a quote from someone on our city page. It's discussing Six months ago 9920 voters said NO to this increase. Two days ago 1706 people reversed what a clear and overwhelming number of NLR voters declared to be the will of the people. Does that seem like a good way to conduct the business of our city or does it seem somewhat underhanded? Put the issue of what the vote was for aside and simply consider how this result was achieved. What if we handled all elections this way? Don't like the November results - run it again in May when the turnout is low and you get a better "pass" rate. Is this how you want our government to operate?
  21. It sucks they don't admit they are wrong. That is just an ignorant doctor, who doesn't actually want to learn what is required.
  22. ~~Moved to IR1/CR1 P&P, from K1 P&P- the OP is already married, and going the spousal visa route.~~
