    Have you ever had chicken pox? If so they will take your word on it. Just remember the to the best of your knowledge the year. If not then yes get that tested too. YOu can have your family doctor run the test or anywhere that can get you in fast.

    You should have had her cross to endorse the visa, with you or the other parent. Now you can try and beg Montreal to reissue it. If they do not you will have to start over with her. Contact them asap, it is all you can do.

    Yes you marriage is over, but you are still legally married until one of you files for divorce and the courts grant it. As for whether you need to file prior to starting the N400 I do not know. I'll leave that one to those who know more.
